This cozy cabin is just minutes away from beaches and boating, which are within walking distance from Bear Lake. You are conveniently located in Garden City, close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation rentals, providing plenty of activities for all ages! During the summer season, you will have access to the outdoor hot tub and heated pool located in the Harbor Village subdivision, as well as the shared basketball and tennis courts.

What's nearby: The State Marina is located across the street, where you can launch your boat or go fishing. Easy trail access allows you to four-wheel or snowmobile from the driveway. A trailhead is right down the street, accessing hundreds of miles of amazing BLM open trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is less than 14 miles from this home. Downtown Garden City and the Bear Lake State Park are less than a mile north and offer Restaurants, shopping, swimming, boating, fishing, and more! For an evening of fun, the family can eat at the Pickleville Grill and then catch a show at the Pickleville Playhouse. You'll have plenty to do both summer and winter!


RV/trailer parking is available on the side of the home. Bring firewood if you would like to use the wood-burning stove.

Things to Know
The hot tub, pool, and tennis courts are closed from Labor Day to Memorial Day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
