This 4 room guest house retreat is titillatingly quaint with 2 Queen en-suite bedrooms and 1 large open space dorm styled space for 4 beds divided by sheer drapes to give a dorm styled living for close friends and families who take a break from the hustle and bustle. This nostalgic estate retreat is lodged on the ridge of majestic mountains amidst tropical flora and rain forest. It is located on the ridge of the over 50 acres Concordia Historic Estate and beautifully landscaped. Red clay tiles on the floors throughout. There is a sleeper camping tent in the open space living room which is equipped w/new LG LED Flat screen TV. Cable and high speed wireless WiFi are included. Newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen w/new stove/fridge. Dining area is off kitchen. 2 Queen sized en-suite bedrooms, and new queen bed. 2 new Full Beds - and 2 twin beds some draped with Cathedral mosquito nets. The guest house is ECO-GREEN friendly. In this guest house at Concordia Historic Estate - You awake to the crow of the cocks and the chirping of the birds. During the day you relax under large Samoan Rain Trees and enjoy the cool wind from the beach which is 3 miles away. Equipped with a grill on outside. You look at the many species of birds and wild life that stop by while you feed the birds. Enjoy in season fruits and relax in the tranquil, serene and ambiance. In the evening, you fall asleep as the sun sets, the bamboo cathedrals shuttle as part of a great orchestra. A walk along the trail of over 50 acres of tropical rain forest down to the river where you can take a cool dip and roast the crayfish - is included in the stay package - complimentary. So distinguished that Christopher Columbus named it "Beautiful" on his 1st voayage there. So beautiful was this little gem of island that the Colonial powers fought relentlessly for it. It changed hands over 7 times among the Dutch, French, English, Spanish, was finally settled by the British. This Historic Concordia Estate with 250+ years of history was owned by successive Scottish, then British owners until its purchase by Tobagonians in 2018! The owners are committed to preserving the history of this Estate, and embarking on an Eco-Tourism project that will invite to world to experience what Robinson Crusoe experienced when he landed in Tobago.
