Located in the city center opposite the house of Georges Brassens, just behind the park of the Water Castle, it is ideally placed to take full advantage of all the riches of Sète (beaches 2.5 km away, halls of Sète, royal canal and restaurants 500 meters).
You will be able to stroll through the alleys of the historic Haut Quartier, fishermen's district and favorite place of Sétois artists, stroll by roller or by bike on the ledge and on the 12 km long sandy strip of the Lido between the Thau lake and the Mediterranean, visit the typical port of Pointe Courte and the marine cemetery, stroll along the quays between the Canal du Midi and the many fish restaurants from the commercial port to the auction and the Saint Louis pier.
