(FR4G7G9K) Recently built house (2015), composed of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) including a master suite with a shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks), separate toilet and dressing room. Second shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks) and second separate toilet. Large entrance, fully equipped kitchen with large table / bar overlooking the living room (bay windows and French windows facing south), pantry (washing machine and dryer), garage which can accommodate both a car and sports equipment. The heated swimming pool is located on the south side in a patio with trees facing the living room, a large covered terrace overlooks the swimming pool, it is protected from the winds and will allow you to make the most of the outdoors whatever the season and the weather. The pool maintenance is salted to prevent any risk of allergy. Solar outdoor shower. House without vis-à-vis but located close to the village (market every morning and shops) and 5 m walk from the beach of Vieux Boucau by a walking and cycling path. Located 5 m from the Pinsolle golf course, 10 m from the Moliets and Seignosse golf courses and close to the municipal tennis courts. Private parking for two vehicles. Enclosed field with ball games area You can, if you wish, access to all of the leisure activities and services offered by the resort without having to take your vehicle.

Our stay

We stayed at the house for the month of May, while looking at houses in the area to buy. Hosts were amazing, the house is amazing, and soooo convenient to anything you could need. We would love to stay there again!!!

One wunderful week in Landes

Beautiful house, well equipped. Pool is a highlight especially with kids. Attractions in Vieux Boucau can be reached by foot easily (Main Beach, Stores, Lake, Restaurants, sports field…) Very warm welcome by the hosts Didier & Sylvie who are also very supportive and flexible in case of questions.

Very close to town and Beach

Lovely Villa walkable close to shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy on arrival. The cycling round here is great with tracks and trails for road riders and mountain bikes. Just or EuroVelo1 you can go as far as you like along the mostly very flat trails though the pine forests. Also just off one of the pilgrim trails. Very good communication and assistance from our hosts before and during the stay. Checkout was easy as well. Had a good time here !

Excellent location nearby all the shops, restaurants, and beach. The 5min walk to the nicest ice cream in town was a must! Everything is walking distance. You even have a restaurant next door, tennis court just behind the house and a mini golf 2min away! Everything was as per description, pool was a bit too cold for us despite being heated. The thermometer was showing 30C but it was sitting on the surface. We discussed this with the owner. Kids still loved it so overall great holidays and owners were very friendly.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus und das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht. Da wir zwei Wochen waren, wurde der Pool auch zwischengereinigt und Sylvie und Didier standen jederzeit für Fragen und Tips zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alles ist gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Manchmal war es Abends lauter, da die Arena in der Nähe ist und auch ein Volksfest war.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir planen auch in zwei Jahren wieder hinzufahren.Danke Euch, Sylvie und Didier.

Super séjour

Magnifique maison, très propre, bien agencée, décorée avec goût et vraiment bien située, pas besoin de voiture. Plages, commerces, restos à 10 minutes à pied, terrains de tennis juste à côté, mais c'est très calme. La piscine chauffée était bien appréciée. Les propriétaires sont charmants.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Vieux Boucau

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten, Restaurants, Supermärkte, der Marktplatz und eine Minigolf Anlage sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber Sylvie und Didier haben uns herzlich empfangen und gute Tipps gegeben. Der Pool wurde von unseren Kindern ausgiebig genutzt. Für uns als Familie war die Aufteilung der Zimmer super, ein Kinderzimmer mit zwei Etagenbetten und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Praktisch war auch die Garage, dort konnten wir unsere Fahrräder problemlos unterbringen. Die Tennisplätze konnten wir am Rathaus für ein kleines Geld buchen. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank.

Perfekt!

Das Ferienhaus war für uns bestens geeignet, da wir mit einem Erwachsenen mit einem E-Rollstuhl gereist sind. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren befahrbar, manchmal etwas eng, aber es ging. Selbst zum Pool konnte man mit einem Patientenlifter fahren. Das Haus war nah an der Ortsmitte, sodass man alle Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichen konnte. Auch zum Strand sind wir den einen Kilometer (ca.) zu Fuß gegangen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und sprechen neben Französisch auch Englisch. Während der Woche wurde sogar der Pool gereinigt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Le coté sauvage de l’océan atlantique l’hiver est très plaisant pour les promenades à l’océan et autour du lac marin. La maison est idéale en famille, spacieuse, bien équipée et très proche des commerces du village. Nul besoin de voiture pour les petites courses et l’océan. Borne de recharge pour voiture électrique à 200 m: un vrai plus. Hôtes très accueillants et à l’écoute. À refaire !

Liebevoll gestaltetes Haus, tolle Gastgeber

Didier und Sylvie haben uns herzlich empfangen und genau wie auch im Vorhinein war die Kommunikation toll. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet - es ist alles da, was man braucht... bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen, Luftmatratze, Kinderspielzeug für den Strand usw. Wir haben auch tolle Tipps für Ausflüge bekommen und konnten die Gastgeber jederzeit anschreiben. Auch die Lage ist wunderbar - nah zum Strand und zum Markt sowie den Restaurants und Geschäften. Weder von der Arena noch von den Tennisplätzen wurden wir gestört. Einziges Manko: Baulärm von der anderen Straßenseite. Dort wurde ein neues Haus gebaut und es war an manchen Tagen sehr laut. Nun dürfte der Bau aber abgeschlossen sein. Pech für uns, leider. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Didier und Sylvie aber sehr empfehlen.

Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines dans cette maison. La maison est très agréable pour y séjourner en famille. Proche de tout (centre ville, plage, lac, l’emplacement est idéal) mais au calme. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
