Relaxing get away

Had a nice time with the family mixing work (the WiFi works well) and fun. Great location, nice views from living area and deck, clean and comfortable

July Beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location. Beach across the street. Clean, comfortable and well appointed furniture. Loved the porch for sunrise or sunset. Only feedback is the one of the bedrooms lists a queen bed and it is a full which could be an issue for some couples. Thanks for a nice stay at the cape!!

Hi Sara, thank you for your response. Looks like we list the queen in the primary and we have a pyramid bunk- twin over full. I am not sure which bed you are referring to. That being said, so happy you had a nice time and hope to see you again next year!

Reviewer Comments: Although it’s in a very congested area ( the road is so narrow and full of craters), you can literally walk to the beach with no problem. Beautiful view with gorgeous sunsets. Except for the main bedroom, the other two bedrooms are very tight. Wish there was a bathroom upstairs. Our air conditioning problem was quickly settled by the realtor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house met all of our expectations. Steps from the beach, great location for kayaking and paddle boarding too. The sunrises and sunsets from the top deck were breathtaking.The house was well stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. It was clean and well maintained. We did notice that the gas grill would only light on one burner so we called the number provided for maintenance and they quickly came and fix it. We highly recommend this house for your own family vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at 7 Baker Way. Location of home is exactly what we were looking for with amazing views and quick access to Swan River and ocean beaches. We discovered this location a few years ago and have stayed at a few different rental properties since then. This home is far and away our favorite! We look forward to another wonderful week next year!!
