Conveniently located just steps from the tram (line A and E: Downtown / European Parliament), self-highway and some institutions (IUFM, IUT, Schools, CCI Pole Meinau Stadium, etc ...) in a neighborhood residential classified, accessible and quiet. You will need less than 20 minutes to be at the foot of the Cathedral.

Apartment has: 1 large room with Flat Screen TV (1 king size bed 160 cm), 1 small bedroom with office (double bed 140 cm), 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge freezer, ceramic hob, Senseo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc ...), 1 bathroom (bath with shower screen), 1 separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with WIFI.

Cet appartement est charmant. Carolyn a ajouté tellement de petites choses qui ont rendu notre séjour plus confortable que nous avons jamais imaginé. L'emplacement est très facile d'aller n'importe où dans la ville en quelques minutes. Nous avons hâte de visiter à nouveau. Merci encore Carolyn nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. In case my French is not good here it is again in English. This flat is charming. Carolyn has added so many little things that made our stay more comfortable than we ever imagined. L'appartement est fort charmant avec un équipement complet, dans un environnement calme, un peu éloigné du centre de Strasbourg mais à proximité de facilités de déplacement avec un emplacement privatif de stationnement pour notre véhicule. Une agréable surprise nous attendait avec un réfrigérateur agrémenté de quelques produits "quasi" indispensables. Carolyn, très accueillante et adorable, est à l'écoute de votre bien être, et saura vous faire passer un agréable séjour.

Wir wurden äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit vielen liebevollen Details, z.B. Kaffeebohnen im Kaffeeautomat, Brot, Milch, Snacks und vieles mehr. Sehr gute Tram-Anbindung. Jederzeit gerne wieder und zu empfehlen.

Wohnen im feuchten Keller

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Das kann aber nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass man im Keller des Hauses wohnt, wo ständig ein Entfeuchter läuft. Von der Kellerluft haben wir Atembeschwerden erhalten. Ausserdem schmerzt der Rücken vom schlechten Bett.

super séjour super hôte!!

L'emplacement de cette location est idéal (proximité du tram et des commerces tout en étant dans une zone résidentielle très agréable et calme). L'appartement avec jardin est parfait en été pour les familles avec enfant. Seul tout petit bémol : l'absence de séjour (si on passe ses vacances en hivers, on profite moins du jardin et donc on aurait besoin d'un petit espace pour se détendre, mais bon !). Quoi qu'il en soit l'appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût. L'équipement est complet (ustensile de cuisine, sèche cheveux, linge de toilette...) ! Notre hôte a été adorable et très serviable, prête à nous renseigner et à nous donner les bonnes adresses... J'ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions que nous avons reçu à notre arrivée (kit petit déj...) Encore merci pour ce beau séjour très agréable.

Eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung und eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Der Supermarkt und die Tram waren sehr gut zu ereichen. Mit der Tram kommt man direkt in das Zentrum von Straßurg und kann die Stadt erkunden. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit :-)

tolle Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt!

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung im Süden von Straßburg, die genau den Bildern entspricht, die hier zu sehen waren. Zudem äußerst sauber und gepflegt. Auch durften wir den Garten des Hauses mitnutzen, was gerade abends sehr schön war, um sich nach den Besichtigungstouren zu entspannen oder morgens, um draussen zu frühstücken. Sehr angenehm ist ebenfalls, dass die Tram-Station in der Nähe ist, um unkompliziert in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Auch sind fußläufig ein See mit einem Badestrand und ein Supermarkt gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieterin ist sehr daran gelegen, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. So fanden wir bei unserer Ankunft sogar Lebensmittel für das Frühstück im Kühlschrank vor und es bestand das Angebot, dass sie auch die Wäsche wäscht. Auch die Verständigung in englischer Sprache war kein Problem, was gut war, da wir selbst kein französisch sprechen können. Kurz gesagt: Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können die Ferienwohnung wie auch Carolyn als Vermieterin, bei der wir uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für alles bedanken möchten, sehr empfehlen!

Merci pour la générosité et attention de Carolyn. Quand nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement on a trouvé le frigo plein! C'est vraiment un beau détail. Tout était nouveau et très propre, le lit très comfortable. Je dirais qu'il manque une seule chose - un salon ou sofa pour s'installer après une longue journée de visite. Zentral, sauber und ein Willkommen mit viel Herzlichkeit

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Strassenbahn gut erreichbar, der Badesee und das Einkaufszentrum in 5´Gangabstand. Auch die Autobahnanbindung in alle Richtungen ist perfekt. Besonderes Lob verdient die Gastfreundlichkeit von Carolyn. Als wir Abends eintrafen war der Frühstückstisch für den nächsten Morgen schon gedeckt, Brot, Butter, Kuchen, Kaffee - alles war da. Und auf den Kopfkissen lagen die leckeren roten Linder-Kugeln. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Eine schöne kleine Unterwohnung, ruhig gelegen, mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin brachte uns jeden Morgen frisches Baguette vorbei und war überaus Nett und Hilfsbereit. Ein Glücksfall für uns. Sehr zu empfehlen! !! Pakpkatz auf dem Grundstück. Sehr dicht zur Straßenbahn. Für Radfahrer perfekt.
