With a capacity of 8 people including 6 adults maximum, it will offer you the opportunity to relax thanks to its pleasant furnished and equipped garden, its private heated and secure swimming pool with bar. A few steps away you can enjoy the white sandy beaches of the northern lake of Biscarrosse, ideal for the youngest thanks to its warm and shallow water, the most athletic thanks to the many nautical activities offered on the lake, and quite simply lovers of strolls, aperitif or picnic in a sumptuous setting. The cycle paths at the foot of the house will lead you to the town center or to the beach in around twenty minutes by bike (around 6km). Bars, good restaurants and summer entertainment are quickly accessible.
The villa, built at the foot of a wooded dune, offers 110m² of living space including 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 double beds and a pull-out bed), a bathroom and a shower room, a fully equipped American kitchen with a dining room. eat for 8 people.
