Shoreline Towers Beachfront Condo - beach chair setup included

Looking for a relaxing vacation in Destin with breathtaking views and no streets to cross, then welcome to Shoreline Towers. This completely renovated Gulf Front unit is located in Tower 2 on the 5th floor and is situated directly on the beach. Professionally decorated, this 1,430 square foot condo features an open floor plan with all the comforts of home.
Free beach setup (two chairs and an umbrella) are included free of charge in the rental from March 1st - October 31st.
Shoreline Towers is a gated resort with 24 hour security and 500 feet of private gulf front sugar-white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The resort amenities include a heated swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, 2 tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Enjoy the barbeque grills and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Take the elevator right outside your front door to the whitest beaches and the bluest of waters. Destin has one of the few beaches where you can see both a sunrise and a sunset over the water. Enjoy the beautiful beach because time does not move hour to hour but moment to moment.
Though we love pets, they are not allowed on the property. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn the A/C to 75 degrees if warm weather.
Leave the comforters and decorative pillows on the bed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Air Conditioning: If you open the outside balcony door, close the family room doors and don't lower the A/C below 73 degrees or the A/C will freeze.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo and would absolutely come back again! The location was perfect, and the condo itself was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as described and made for such a relaxing trip. One of the best perks was the included beach chair and umbrella setup—it made our beach days so easy and enjoyable without any extra hassle. The only small note is that the bed in the master bedroom was a bit firmer than preferred, but that’s really just personal preference. Everything else about the condo was perfect! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stress-free and beautiful beach getaway.

Amazing unit. Great location on the beach near harborwalk village. The balcony setup has sliding glass doors by the railing snd french doors inside which allows so much flexibility for views or breezes. Unit was clean and stocked with everything you could need. The communication with the owners was wonderful, and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Destin has beautiful white sand beaches, and this unit is right on the beach. We chose Shoreline Towers because the units are very spacious (1430 sq ft for a 2 bedroom unit). The complex boasts 15 acres and you feel like you are in your own world when you are on the property. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop etc.
