Very Nice Property with an Amazing Location

We had a great time and loved being right on the beach. You can see and hear the ocean on the second and third floor balconies. The owner was very responsive to questions leading up to the trip and we didn't have any problems during our stay.

We are still basking in the glow of our week on the Ship Bottom dunes. The home comes as advertised and was roomy enough for 4 adults and 2 preteen children. Access to the beach and the views of the ocean were spectacular. Nothing better than a early morning walk on the beach followed by a cup of coffee overlooking the ocean from the upper deck. In walking distance you have the best jelly donuts on the island at Ferrara's Island Bakery and surprise, really terrific stuffed breads. Mini golf around the corner and 2 ice cream shops on either side of you. The beach was always clean and family oriented. Best of all, Karen and Paul are wonderful hosts and very attentive to your needs. We hope to return next year.

Great place and location

Karen has a wonderful townhome type condo right on the dunes on Ship bottom. The pictures don't do this beautiful rental justice with beach and ocean views on the upper deck along with a private patio outside. 7 adults and 2 kids stayed comfortably - would highly recommend!

Amazing

I have visited LBI with my family over the years .. This was by far the best vacation spot . Beautiful house ... on the beach ... host was amazing . Coming back here next year !!!

Best House

This is the best house I've stayed in in the last 10 years in LBI. It's so well laid out, tons of windows, steps from the ocean, great open kitchen with the living room and dining room: perfect for family hanging. So clean and well maintained! It made for a perfect weekend.

Amazing home for an amazing vacation

This was our second time staying here and we're going to make sure to come back! Not only were we offered to come early, but communication was excellent the whole time. It's a nice quiet street and this house has an excellent view of the beach. You just have to walk a few f yards to get to the beach entrance. Property is located by loss of great shops and restaurants all within walking distance. 10 out of 10 would stay again!

Best of all worlds on LBI

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was not very beachy, but we still enjoyed the incredible views and had a great family vacation at this property. The location truly can't be beat. Right on the beach and quiet, yet walking/biking distance to restaurants, mini golf, shopping, you name it! Not having to bring bed linens was a great convenience. But don't forget to being beach and bath towels! Karen was super helpful before and during our stay.

Second time renting this property; rented same time in 2025. Beautiful, clean place; well situated & designed. Recent stay was 10 days/9 nights. Air conditioning stopped working on 3rd day. Problem reported to owner. Several trips over two days by two separate HVAC contractors and no fix available. Spent 7 of 9 days/nights without air conditioning. Follow-up and communication from owner(s) not satisfactory. Doubtful we'd rent this unit again.

. We sincerely regret that our efforts to communicate and address the air conditioning issue did not meet your expectations. We responded to your calls and texts by phone and personally brought a portable air conditioner and multiple fans to the property in an effort to keep you comfortable. Unfortunately, completing the necessary repairs would have required extensive work that would have further disrupted your stay. Based on our conversations, during which you mentioned that the weather was not unbearable, we believed after the conversation my husband had with you in person that the temporary solutions we provided were helping while we worked through the situation. Again, we are sorry you feel that you would not return.

A hidden gem! Enjoy a wonderful beachfront vacation in this well maintained and appointed property. We had a lovely week in late June here. The owners, who are in the A unit of the building, were so friendly and accommodating. The property is clean and has everything you need to relax and get away. Every view is lovely and there is even a bathroom and shower on the first floor so you don't get beach sand everywhere. There is plenty of parking on the property although street parking is limited during the busy summer months. A great place to stay and get away from it all.

Best location & wonderful home!

We had a wonderful stay. We walked to the beach, local restaurants, and drove to a beautiful bay beach with a playground where our toddler loved to splash in the calm, shallow water. The home is clean, comfortable, with huge windows and a fantastic host. We will be back!
