In the residential Baia Caddinas less than 200 meters from the sea, portion of villa with free sea view on 3 sides. 5 minutes walk from the beach and the main services are a few minutes away by car. Fine finishes, 2 double bedrooms, each with independent access to the garden and private bathroom with window. Hall, veranda, kitchen, third service bathroom also with shower and a further shower in the garden. The back of the house overlooks the vegetation of the Mediterranean scrub, you can enjoy excellent privacy and silence. From the veranda there is a pleasant view of the sea with a view of the islands of Figarolo and Tavolara. Garden of about 300sqm where there is a gazebo with a stone barbecue.

The stay was very pleasant. The house matches the photos. And most importantly, Andréia, the host’s mother, is very friendly, kind, and attentive. It’s really worth it. The area is very quiet, and the beach is very close.
