A little slice of paradise

Perfect base for a wonderful holiday in Sardinia. Stepping out of the back gate straight onto the beautiful beach. We can thoroughly recommend this beautiful little villa for a family holiday.

Incredible!! We absolutely loved our stay at the Little Gate. Firstly, the view is breathtaking - just astounding. The grounds are beautiful and lush. The apartment was very well furnished and had everything and more in the kitchen. The location was perfect and walkable to the town. The parking was so easy and convenient. We loved the sweet cats that came around, sadly for me, they never let me pet them. Chicca, our property manager is an absolute star! She was so friendly and helpful to all of our needs and questions. She was also so responsive and we really felt taken care of. Book the Little Gate and you will be so happy you did!

This place is beautiful. The location was great. Close to the airport and close to other surrounding areas. Having the walk out to the beach was amazing because we had the ocean at your doorstep. This was definitely a nice place to stay, we wish we stayed longer : ) the area was very safe and there was a mix of people, families with kids, honeymooners and older people etc.. Everybody was friendly. We enjoyed this stay 100% Sardinia we will see you soon xoxo

Magical

It was the perfect location for a relaxing stay. I did not want for anything, the home was well stocked and magnificently decorated. All around it was perfect. Our contact Kikka was better than expected and was over immediately if I needed her. Not one complaint, I’d highly recommend!

Quiet coastal getaway

The condo was clean and well equipped. It was small, but comfortably adequate for 4 adults. Off-season visit was peaceful and relaxing. The sandy beach, although public, almost seemed private! It was a quick walk to town and to the dock. Both the caretakers and the owner were easy to reach and responsive to our questions. Groceries, pharmacy, bakeries, and restaurants were all easily accessible.

Wunderschönes Ambiente: Meer vor der Türe, kleiner Garten, Restaurants, Hafen direkt in der Nähe. Gastgeber superfreundlich, Wohnung hat alles was man braucht.Allerdings: man wird jeden Morgen zwischen 6-6.30 Uhr von den vier nervösen Hunden in der Nachbarwohnung geweckt durch ihr lautes Bellen. Und man muss darauf gefasst sein, dass morgens um 8 Uhr unerwartet der Gärtner im Garten steht und einen Höllenlärm macht. Das ist leider für uns eine ziemliche Einschränkung gewesen, trotz aller sonstigen Schönheit! Leider.

Relax totale in paradiso

Ormai è il terzo anno che vado con gli amici in questa casa meravigliosa.Come le altre volte non bastano gli aggettivi per descrivere le emozioni che può dare chi ama il mare, il panorama che offre la struttura. Ultima chicca, questanno l'host ha aggiunto anche la lavastoviglie per offrire il massimo comfort agli ospiti. GRAZIE Matteo!!

Il paradiso in terra

È il terzo anno che con gli amici vado in questa casa eccezionale! È una casa curatissima, Matteo è un host attentissimo alle esigenze degli ospiti. Quest'anno ha aggiunto anche l'aria condizionata di cui peraltro non c'e stata necessità. CONSIGLIATISSIMA!!! Spero proprio di poter andare anche il prossimo anno.

Direkter am Wasser geht nicht!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser komplett eingerichteten Wohnung. Über den kleinen Vorgarten besteht direkt Zugang zum Strand und so kann man jeden Morgen als erstes erfrischende Schwimmübungen absolvieren. Direkt neben dem Strandv befindet sich die kleine Piazza von Porto San Paolo, wo es ein sehr nettes Café („Aqua“) gibt, außerdem immer wieder kulturelle Veranstaltungen. Es ist immer etwas los. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Quartier!

Unieke lokatie!

Een beetje verouderd interieur maar de ligging maakt alles goed! Wat een unieke plek, fantastisch!! Alles top geregeld en beheerder 24/7 bereikbaar. Alles is aanwezig in het huisje. Een airco zou fijn zijn voor een volgende keer.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Für 4-5 Personen ideal; für 6 Personen eventuell etwas eng. Je nach Alter der Gäste. Der Garten mit direktem Strandzugang ist einmalig, traumhaft und macht die Ferien zu einem Top Erlebnis. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Una vacanza da sogno!

La casa si trova in una posizione unica. Il giardino accede attraverso un cancello alla spiaggia di Porto San Paolo, per gli amanti della Sardegna un posto suggestivo di fronte a Tavolara. la casa non delude le aspettative, ampia, dotata di ogni confort sia all'interno che all'esterno ma soprattutta pulita. Cenare e risvegliarsi con il sottofondo delle onde è un sogno. Persona magnifica anche la signora che ci ha ricevuti al check-in. Sempre presente inoltre il titolare, gentile e solerte nelle risposte e a risolvere i nostri problemi. Che dire... una vacanza da sogno!

Perfect family location!

We had a fantastic family holiday here. Everything was well organized. The house is just perfect and the kitchen is very well arranged. Highlight is the privat gate to the Beach! Many thanks for a very relaxing week!

Meravigliosa!

La casa è, esattamente come si vede dalle foto, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, comodità impagabile per chi, come noi viaggia con bambini e per garantire tranquillità e privacy. Spaziosa, curata, pulita e fornita di qualsiasi cosa, è davvero a pochi passi dai servizi principali, raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta. Ma il punto forte è sicuramente il giardino: spazioso e curato, fornito di lettini, sdraio e di un ampio tavolo e con una splendida vista su tavolara è diventato dal primo giorno il nostro “ristorante” preferito, considerando che molti bar e ristoranti della zona effettuano servizio di asporto. Sia Matteo che la ragazza che ci ha accolto all’arrivo sono stati estremamente disponibili a fornirci qualsiasi informazione o aiuto durante la permanenza. In breve: assolutamente consigliato!

During our youth we spent all our summers in this amazing place, from june to August.
Here we preserve precious memories, and the warmest emotions.
Tavolara, the island that dominates the view from the veranda, is in our thoughts every day of our lives .. and we live each year eagerly waiting to return here.
The thrill of spending time on listening to the sea looking this immense island has no equal in the world...
