Very comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. Beach was just steps away. Kids enjoyed the pool and water slide. Grocery stores close by too.

Room was just as described. There were no garbage bags provided so be sure to pack some. Also, no blankets which to most people wouldn’t be a problem but our families love to sit around wrapped up 365 days a year regardless of temperature so we sort of missed that in not packing our own.

This was one of the best experiences thus far, even so, we wanted to stay another day. The condo was spacious and enjoyable for the whole family (family of 4).

Very nice room. Decorated nicely. Property grounds are nice. The only complaint my family has is the cleanliness of the room. It wasn’t very clean upon check-in. Otherwise, great stay!

This place was perfect for a mother/daughter girl trip get away! I read some concerns about the place but we found it perfectly clean and adequately stocked. The pots and pans in the kitchen are high quality. The beds are comfortable. The pool and lazy river are perfect! So much so… I don’t want to tell you because I want this place to be kept a secret. lol!!Read the notes and will understand to bring/buy toilet paper, soap, paper towels and such. It is noted on the listing so no complaint there. We did find it super useful to have a swiffer to sweep/mop up some water that splashes from the icemaker. I also read about the sofa. It’s well loved and honestly that made us more comfortable like home. Check in is at 4:30 and the office closes at 5. Be prepared for that with parking pass. Just write a note that you checked in after hours and put it on your dash. Security is on site and you will see them walking around regularly. Really liked that. A really lovely place and we had a blast!!

Absolutely Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip to Orange Beach! It is perfectly located. The fact that you can park on the floor and just walk to your condo is spot on! View is amazing! Grand kiddos loved indoor pool, as it was still a little chilly. Be prepared to have to dry your clothes or towels several cycles to be fully dried. But a small price to pay. Loved the direct keypad access. Highly recommend this rental.

Awesome spot

Condo was clean and met all our needs. The location was perfect. Out to door to the elevators and reception guy out to the beach. Loved being able to park so close to the condo also. Made unloading super easy! Will stay again!

Nice Place!

The place was spacious and as listed with a wonderful view, in essence...a nice place! Check-in and check-out was simple and we had no need to contact the owner. Access via the parking garage was easy, especially with our elderly parents, the elevators were near and getting to the lazy river was a breeze. We really enjoyed the condo and would most definitely use it again!

Fun in the sun

Everything was very nice. Totally enjoyed our stay. Could add more hooks in bathroom for beach towels and swim suits. (Personal preference). Clean and great view of the beach. We will be back!

Nice place, great communication

Our host was wonderful to work with. We had to modify our stay a couple times because we went to the Sand in My Boots festival but that was a mess! We bought 3rd party tix and we will never do that again! Anyways, the host was very understanding and worked with us. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely book with them again.

Summer get together for my wife's birthday.

Beach was great. Our two Granddaughters loved the pool area. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The 3 full bathrooms were great for getting ready to go places and getting cleaned up after a day at the beach and pool. Location was great for restaurants. Walmart and Publix for all our food needs. The enclosed parking garage was great for keeping the car from being overly hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely condo with all the amenities that we wanted. Celebrated Thanksgiving with our adult kids and our 2 grandsons. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and my husband and I enjoyed all of what Orange Beach and Phoenix offered. Thank You, The Ritchey’s

2021 7 day Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VEIW VEIW VEIW!!!Just as described and pictures dont do this condo justice. Very clean and felt like home. Restaurants were in walking distance and close to everything. There was a hail storm on our last day and the parking deck saved both our vehicles from damage. We will be coming back soon!

Great Condo

We enjoyed our week in this condo at the beach. The listing is 100% accurate. The description and pictures depict the condo just as it is. Communication with the property manager and the check-in was simple and straightforward. Both of the coffee pots in the unit were not working in correctly and the property manager delivered a new one quickly. The location to stores and restaurants in Orange Beach is fabulous. Parking on the floor of the unit was a real plus! We would definitely rent this condo again.

Hendrix Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased with the experience. The room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We found a dirty diaper under the bed. The people at the front desk weren't very helpful. They kept refering us to the rental company. The water slide was out of service quite a bit during our stay, but repairs are necessary.
