DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA VIVIENDA :
Villa en planta baja situada en parcela privada de 2500 m2 y consta de piscina, cesped, huerto, pinada, parque infantil
canasta de baloncesto y red para badminton zona de parking, terraza y barbacoa

La casa contiene 5 dormitorios, un salón comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, 2 baños( uno con acceso a minusvalidos)
, porche y terraza con barbacoa.Dispone de aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos, mosquiteras en las ventanas ,
ventiladores de techo y wifi.

SITUACIÓN
Casa situada en una tranquila zona de Formentera del Segura(Alicante) a 50m de Bar-Restaurante,200m del supermercado y
500m del pueblo.
Muy cerca de la via rápida que conecta la Autopista del mediterraneo(A-7) con las playas de guardamar del segura,
Santa Pola, Torrevieja y pueblos de costa con magnificas playas de arena con bandera azul( a 5 minutos de la casa)
Aeropuerto de Alicante a unos 35km(40 min) y Aeropuerto de Murcia a unos 50 km ( 55 minutos)

Great location, 5 mins from the supermarket, 5 mins from a selection of restaurants, you will need a car, private location, outside eating, I took my own fire stick, great Internet connection, fantastic pool, great kitchen, playground for the children, a fantastic find, we used the pool every day & every night, barbecue available for cooking outside, every thing needed for a trouble free holiday, the balcony had bolts on the gates to keep the children in, the pool had a fence to keep the children out it felt safe. Air con if needed.

Great family holiday in a beautiful villa

PePa Vacation house is a very big and beautiful villa. It isspacious, and very well equipped. The outside is great for everybody to enjoy. The owners maintained the pool every day and was great fun for the children. Close to the village and a lot of orange trees are surrounding the house. We felt very welcome and would recommend the house anytime!

Fantastic holiday home

This holiday home is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside space fantastic for all the family to enjoy. The pool looked very inviting and was maintained every day by the owners. I have booked again for September & should be able to enjoy the pool. The location suited us very well, it is in a very peaceful location but close enough to walk into the village and about 10 minutes drive to the coast. The owners are lovely people and very accommodating. Looking forward to my return visit.

Fantastic holiday home No Rating

Great accommodation for a family holiday

The property was lovely and well equipped both in the house and also in the garden - pool and play areas for children. We visited as a family of 6 adults and one toddler. The only slightly minor detail was the pool is not heated and with the weather not being particularly warm leading up to our visit the pool was a little cold for the toddler so he could only stay in for short periods before he got cold. had the visit been later in the summer I'm sure the water would have been a lot warmer and perfectly fine.

Villa was perfect. Pictures dont do it justice. Online shopping a brilliant option. Would have been stuck without. If we were to go back, we would definitely rent a car to get out and about more. Natalia was fab, good communication and always available to help when needed. Would definitely recommend 😁

Everybody had a brilliant time, the villa was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more, the pool and facilities are great. Natalia the host is very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly and did everything she could to help. I would strongly recommend a car, there are restaurants and bars within walking distance but it’s a bit too far to walk, especially when it’s hot and taxis are very hard to book, I found most drivers very rude, they would just say no and hang up which I found very frustrating, again Natalia offered options for other numbers but still very hard getting around without a car albeit this is my only complaint because other than that we couldn’t have asked for anything more and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday

Fabulous Villa

The PePa Villa is wonderful, located in a superb spot. It is 30 mins from Alicante airport, 10 mins from the beach and 5 mins from the nearest supermarket and choice of restaurants (by car). The Villais spacious, clean and has wonderful amenities not least the wifi, air con and huge fridge on the veranda.The garden is lush and the basketball hoop was played with many times, the pool is wonderful and very suitable for all ages, we had a super time in and around it. Our family group had a wonderful time here and Natalia the host is just a pleasure, super friendly, responsive and accommodating. She thoughtfully provided a welcome pack of drinks and a pizza along with recommendations of nearby super markets and good restaurants. We had a mishap and Natalia was incredibly gracious in helping us. I would absolutely recommend PePa Villa and we hope to come back soon!

We had an amazing time at this property. Definitely a 10 out of 10, it’s a lovely, spacious Villa with lots of outside space. I would highly recommend hiring a car. Natalia provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around on arrival. Before we arrived, there was good contact between us and we had to change our dates and Natalia was very accommodating. The Villa was very tidy and lovely and it was equipped with everything you need. Natalia is a great host and there if you needed her, she checked in with a message as well to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything. They came into maintain the swimming pool regularly for the two weeks we were there and we never even heard them. We had young children with us and it felt safe to just let them Play outside without worrying because there are secure boundaries around the villa. I could not rate this Villa highly enough and would definitely recommend staying there. The pictures on the site does not do the Villa justice as we were amazed by the size and beauty of the place.

Best villa we've ever stayed at!

I organise a yearly holiday for a family of 11 in different parts of Spain or Portugal, including young teenagers right through to pensioners. Right from the start, Natalia at Pepa Vacation property, could not have been more warm and helpful, with her information and prompt replies to a multitude of questions. On arrival, she was there to greet us, along with a young local girl, Maria, who acted as a translator and showed us around the house. We were provided with fresh pastries and a bucket of ice-cold drinks, which were much appreciated after arriving to temperatures of near 40 degrees. We have been holidaying in little villages around Spain and Portugal as a family, for 8 years now, and we were unanimous in thinking that Pepa was by far the nicest villa we had stayed in. The property is just off a quite busy intersection, but you wouldn't know it, as we didn't hear a sound the whole holiday, except for the crickets and the laughs of the children playing in the pool, thanks to the high trees and hedges that surround the property. The place is stunningly laid out, with a beautiful garden, and ample areas for relaxation and games. The pool was beautiful and well-maintained. At night, it was lovely sitting outside at the long family dinner table (how often do you see a villa advertised for 11/12 people and there is only a table that fits 7 or 8), listening to music and knowing you weren't disturbing anyone, as there is plenty of privacy with the nearby properties all well spaced out. Inside, the villa was immaculate, and tastefully furnished, with all the facilities you will need. You can tell Natalia takes great pride in the property. It is a 15/20 minute stroll into the centre of town, but there are several bars and café's along the road to break the journey up. The town was more than adequate for our needs, with two large supermarkets and the usual bakeries, pharmacies etc. The local people are very friendly. Natalia was there to see us off early on our departure with warm words and a hug. We really could not have been more impressed with the property and Natalia. We found it to be great value for money, and if you're looking to get away from it all, but still like to be within walking distance to local amenities, then Pepa is the place for you. The only downside is that it is already booked for next August! Tip: ask Natalia for the account details, and you can order shopping deliveries online from the local supermarket.

Una casa perfecta con una linda casera

Era un lugar hermoso con gran atención al detalle. Las habitaciones estaban muy bien decoradas, todo estaba muy limpio. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada para poder cocinar todos los días. Había muchas toallas para todos los huéspedes, para el baño e incluso para la piscina. Los niños encontraron muchos juguetes hermosos y estaban felices por eso. Natalia siempre es útil y le devolverá la llamada si tiene alguna pregunta.😘 Realmente disfrutamos nuestras vacaciones en la casa de PePa y con gusto volveremos👍👍👍👍

First Villa Holiday - Everything we wanted

As first time villa holiday bookers we were so grateful for Natalia, she made booking a breeze and was always at the end of 'whatsapp' both before we travelled and whilst we were in Spain for help and advice. Nothing seemed too much for her. We arrived late on the 14th Feb 2019, but were met by welcome smiles, from Natalia, Alvaro and Pepa (translator). They showed us round the villa, and then left us with the most glorious cake, and refreshments. Knowing we would be arriving late evening Natalia, gave me instructions for an online food delivery that she excepted for us so we had essentials on arrival. If you are travelling with children this Villa is amazing.... We had 5 children (9 -2 years old) and 4 adults... All were catered for at the villa, with football, basketball, table football, pool (although a little chilly in Feb), badminton and then the swings and playhouse for the littlest. With everything being so secluded and safely gated off the 5 boys had full run of the grounds with the bikes, go kart and scooters being used on the drive constantly. The villa is walking distance even with little legs (20 minutes) to the local town of Rojales, were we got a bus to Guardamar (15 minutes). Everywhere else we drove to in hire car for convienice, and with the villa being a little out, a hire car was essential for us. For our first experience villa holiday, 2 families with 5 children (first time abroad) this Villa was everything we wanted and could of asked for... Natalia you made our holiday, with your fantastic Villa and I'm sure we will return, as many other should.... Thank you. P.S take advantage of the orange trees near the football pitch.... Amazing fresh orange juice - juicer provided!!

Fantastic house with a super lovely hostess

We were two families who stayed in this house for two weeks. The house had everything that we could ask for. We travelled with four children and the house was really safe and had a lot for the children to enjoy. We will return! The owner and hostess Natalia was so lovely and helpful. Can strongly recommend this holiday house.

Heaven!!

We ( a group of 8 ranging from 5 months to 59 years) spent 10 idyllic days here. Everyone was catered for brilliantly with the facilities provided at Pepa vacation house and the attention to detail by Natalia and Alvaro is obvious as soon as you arrive. The property itself is just amazing and the thoughtful use of the vast amount of outside space kept all of our group occupied morning until night. The kitchen was very well equipped and the added bonus of included baby equipment was very much appreciated. We found the location perfect for getting out and about, we especially liked Guardamar beach and sitting in the square at Formentera del Segura enjoying an ice cream and little tipple with the locals. I cant rate the house, facilities, location or Natalia and Alvaro highly enough, we just loved our stay and cant wait to return next year!!

I would definitely recommend this holiday home, We have had 4 holidays at Pepa. The owners Natalia and Alvaro are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. The property is on the edge of the village, so you have a beautiful tranquil setting with the village within walking distance where you will find some fabulous bars and restaurants. The property is spotless and very well equipped. A perfect holiday getaway.

Excelente!! Con mucha seguridad repetiríamos.

La propiedad está muy bien dispuesta para familias con necesidades infantiles especialmente, las habitaciones son cómodas limpias y organizadas. La Cocina tiene todo lo necesario para hacer de la estancia un periodo confortable libre de carencias. Las magníficas áreas exteriores son complementos ideales para familias con niños. Aunque el área comercial está cerca de la casa es recomendable llevar coche, sin embargo hay cualquier facilidad a partir de 1 km más o menos, desde la casa. No me canso de decir que es un sitio estupendo, he de destacar a atención especial de Natalia, desde el recibimiento hasta lo relativo a la devolución de la fianza, han hecho de estos dos inolvidables.

Amazing Holiday Home

This is the most wonderful place for a holiday with a large group. We are a family of 12 with various aged children ranging from 21 months to 21 years plus adults and every one of us had an amazing time. The house is immaculate with everything you need, beautifully clean, nicely secluded but only a 10 minute drive to the beach. You will not be disappointed Wendy

In lovely, quite location, large grounds.

The house is in a very quite location, with no near neighbours, which is important with 12 people as you won't disturb anyone or they you. The house has everything you need including fridge/freezer, separate commercial style chiller for all those cold drinks, dishwasher, washing machine, two barbeques, football pitch, play area for the kids, basket ball and ample covered parking. Swimming pool is fenced off to stop the little ones wondering into the pool area and there are ample loungers around the pool. The whole plot is secured by tall conifer trees which are immaculately maintained and electric gates. Super vacances

Agréable maison bien équipée. Grande ce qui permet lorsqu on est nombreux de ne pas se gener. Propriétaire adorable et disponible. Plage à 5 minutes en voiture avec belle promenade. A recommander.

A wonderful villa to stay in

A beautiful villa in a wonderful location. We stayed here for 2 weeks in this lovely villa, and used it as a base to explore the area. It is a very well equipped villa, perfect for disabled guests. Very clean and modern and the wonderful owner Natalia was very helpful. Would love to stay again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality Natalia x

Stunning scenery, very clean villa and well kept!

My family and i had such a wonderful holiday at this beautiful spacious and children friendly villa. The children aged 1-4 all thoroughly enjoyed their stay as much as us 6 adults. Highly recommended!! I would re-visit again in the future!

Buena casa vaccional

Situada en lugar muy tranquilo, a unos tres kilómetros de Guardamar, lugar turístico mayoritariamente de ingleses o alemanes con mucha playa y restaurantes y bares a un precio muy asequible. Está algo apartada pero tienes un bar con menús a unos cien metros. Me gustó mucho la piscina y el porche que es donde haces vida, cocina bien equipada, salon bien con tv pantalla plana de unas 37" más o menos, habitaciones bien todas con aire acondicionado y ventilador excepto una pequeña, mi colchón algo regular pero tampoco pesimo, tejabana para aparcar tres coches a la sombra, y zona para niños. Los dueños muy amables,se nos estropeó el mando de control remoto de la puerta de entrada y esa misma tarde nos lo solucionaron. Vamos que di repetiria

El salir de la cocina al porche y ver a la derecha la pinada con el parque infantil , enfrente la piscina , y a la izquierda el jardín con un simple giro de cabeza
