Avoriaz is a dream resort both in winter and summer. No car during your holiday, everything is done on foot.

At the heart of this resort we offer a beautiful apartment of 2 rooms fully equipped, sheets, towels and linens for 4 people.

The apartment has been completely renovated. It is cozy and functional ideal for a family with children. The center is also 200 meters away.

The distribution of the apartment is done as follows:
- 1 entrance with storage for suitcases
- 2 wardrobes
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 bathroom with bathtub (towels included with hairdryer)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, vitroceram, fridge, freezer, mountain oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, fondue and raclette set)
- Dining area with table for 4 people
- Living room with sofa bed, flat screen TV 80cm 16/9, DVD player and Blue Ray and USB plug for viewing your photos and movies.
- Free Wifi connection in the apartment
- 1 bedroom with a double bed, desk, storage cabinet and access to the balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets.

Winter or summer you can go out by the elevator that takes you from the 5th floor to the foot of the residence or enjoy the exit owner directly from the 5th mountain side. Imagine in winter, you go skis in front of the door. In summer it is the walks and hikes on foot or mountain bike that are preferred. In addition a private room just before the exit of the 5th is exclusively reserved for all of your equipment.

Excellent Apt which had all that was needed

The Apt although small which we are aware of had all that we needed and had made the most of space, everything that we could of thought of was included, the dvd's were handy with the limited British channels. Ski boot room is a excellent location and we made use of the sledges. Communication was excellent even when they found out we were arriving on Sunday not Saturday. Cant fault the accommodation at all and weather while we were there was excellent.

Fijn appartementje met skiverhuur onder appartement. Wat erg fijn is dat je als enige een eigen skilocker hebt op de etage van appartement waardoor je gelijk naar buiten kan en kan skieen

Nous avons été accueillis très sympathiquement par "Lucienne". De petites attentions telles que kit de démarrage pour la vaisselle, qqs sachets d'infusions... étaient offerts par Mr Meister. L'appartement est de qualité. Entièrement rénové, bien situé, très propre. Un local à ski individuel VIP 😉 avec qqs luges est à notre disposition. Si nous le pouvons, nous aimerions revenir dans cet appartement pour notre prochain séjour. Les échanges avec Mr et Mme Meister sont très cordiaux. L'organisation du séjour et le séjour lui même se sont très bien passés.

Un confort total, neige et soleil au rendez-vous !

Nous sommes restés une semaine à Avoriaz et avons vraiment adoré la station et l'appartement. Nous sommes une famille avec deux adolescents qui aiment surfer. Nous avons pu voir de superbes couchers de soleil depuis le salon et le top du confort c'est le local à ski privatif juste avant la sortie au même étage (5ème). Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine, c'est sûr.

AVORIAZ = une belle découverte !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement, très bien rénové et fonctionnel, pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La localisation, à quelques pas du passage public, pour accéder au centre de la station était très pratique, surtout par mauvais temps ! Le local à ski privatif est vraiment un plus ! ainsi que l'accès extérieur très rapide au rendez vous ESF pour les cours des enfants le matin de bonne heure : nous avons tous beaucoup apprécié. Nous avons également été très satisfaits de nos nombreux échanges avec les propriétaires : conseils pour les réservations des forfaits, parking et location du matériel... toujours très réactifs et bienveillants. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet appartement si nous décidons de retourner une autre année à AVORIAZ. Ce fut une belle découverte !

Situation idéale

Appartement confortable situé à proximité des commerces et des pistes! Le local ski privé est très pratique et donne un accès direct ski aux pieds. Très bon accueil!

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement joliment rénové. Tout est pratique, la coin salon est agréable pour décompresser après le ski, la literie de la chambre est très bien et la cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Tout est propre rien à redire, je ne peux que recommander. La situation dans la résidences Alpages 1 est pratique aussi, c'est juste derrière le centre, donc au calme et à 3 min à pieds de tout. L'accueil de "Lulu" était parfait également. Merci au propriétaire.

Un appartement bien agréable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Non seulement, il est bien situé/orienté, mais tout a été mis en oeuvre par les propriétaires pour que le séjour se déroule de la meilleure manière qui soit. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Propre, fonctionnel et très pratique

Bonjour, nous avons apprécié ce séjour dans cet appartement qui correspond bien à la description, renové, fonctionnel pour 4 personnes et bien équipé. En plus le local à ski à quelques mètre au même étage avec accès aux pistes par la porte juste à côté ! Le bâtiment est juste derrière la rue principale avec un accès par un Escalator, ce qui évite les nuisances nocturnes. Bon contact avec les loueurs qui ont été très réactifs pour faire faire une petite réparation bénigne . Bref un bon plan !

Très beau séjour à Avoriaz

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à Avoriaz dans cet appartement. La location est parfaitement située dans le village, propre, refaite à neuf et est parfaitement conforme à la description faite dans l'annonce. Le plus est d'avoir un local à ski indépendant à 20 mètres de l'appartement et d'avoir une sortie à l'étage pour chausser directement ses skis : l'idéal ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par une personne sur place et le propriétaire avant notre séjour a toujours été très disponible et nous a donné beaucoup de conseils. Nous recommandons donc cette location pour un couple avec 1 ou deux enfants et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner l'an prochain ou les années suivante si nous repartons sur Avoriaz.

We are a family with two children and really love this resort and we think that you will also love Avoriaz.

Holidays should remain holidays and this is why we have included sheets, towerls, hair dryer and so on. Beds are ready when you arrive and a welcome kit is there for you so you can begin your vacation from the very first minute.

Why they chose this property

First of all because Avoriaz has no car which means that the snow remains white all the time.

Our apartment is located at the center of the resort at the Residence Alpage 1 at the 5th floor. Orientation is west for wonderful sunsets.

During the winter time, there is an exit on the 5th floor in order for you to ski directly at the front door of the Residence and during the summer time it is very convenient to leave for a nice journey.

What makes this property unique
