Le Clos des Flots, The Fleet - House "L'Océan" - 2 bedrooms, private patio

At the heart of the village of La Flotte en Ré and all its amenities (shops, daily market, port, beach, bike paths ...), L'Océan is a small holiday home built in 2013!

Can accommodate up to 4 people in the greatest comfort, the house has its private courtyard, its garden, overlooking a small pedestrian alley (called alley).

On foot or by bike, you will never be far from bike paths or pedestrian paths by the sea to walk or to explore the ten small villages of the Ile de RĂ©.

The equipment of the house:
- Living room: a convertible sofa 140 (two people), a table 4-6 people, flat screen color television.
- Kitchen equipment: fridge, freezer, oven, 4 gas hobs, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, and a full service for 6 people, ironing board and iron.
- Bedroom on the ground floor: 1 double bed 160 cm (or two beds for one person), wardrobe, tables and bedside lamps.
- Bedroom upstairs: 2 single beds 90 cm (or double bed), bedside lamps.
- Shower room: shower, washbasin, WC and hair dryer.
- A private outdoor courtyard with a table, 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.
- You also have free parking space, bicycle parking, access to the shared laundry and WIFI.

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen, hatten anhand der Bilder gedacht, dass das Haus etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer ist und das Schlafzimmer etwas heller. Aber ansonten alles top, kleine Terrasse, weiß getĂŒnchte WĂ€nde, zweckmĂ€ĂŸige Einrichtung. abgeschlossener, sicherer Parkplatz

TrÚs bon séjour avec notre petite fille

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine dans ce petit logement trĂšs agrĂ©able. La chambre sans fenĂȘtre, mais avec un vĂ©lux assez haut nous avait d'abord surpris, mais cela ne nous a posĂ© aucun problĂšme. Le logement est au calme, proche du centre ville et du port et il dispose d'un bel emplacement de parking pour la voiture et pour les vĂ©los. Encore merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse de notre hĂŽtesse.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Wir wurden von einem sehr sympathischen Vermieter begrĂŒĂŸt und die Übergabe verlief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir fĂŒhlten uns von Beginn an sehr wohl. Bis zur Innenstadt von La Flotte und einem Supermarkt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Appartement trÚs agréable.

Sur l'appartement : - Tout est parfaitement propre. - Tout est comme neuf, moderne et joli. Petite dĂ©coration simple, mais sympa. - Bien sĂ©parĂ© du voisinage avec un petit patio intime et une grande ombrelle sympa. - PlutĂŽt silencieux (quelques mobylettes et les voisins et leur piscine, mais rien de vraiment problĂ©matique). - Si je devais vraiment donner 2-3 trucs qui m'ont un peu embĂȘtĂ©, je dirais : l'accĂšs au parking, qui est vraiment exigus (mais bon, je pense que c'est assez caractĂ©ristique de l'Ăźle de RĂ© et ses venelles - de toute façon, on va sur l'Ăźle de RĂ© pour aller Ă  la plage et faire du vĂ©lo, donc le mieux c'est encore de laisser la voiture au parking et de faire les manƓuvres Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part), la douchette qui a un encĂ©phalogramme plat (entendre : presque pas de dĂ©bit), bien que ce soit une bonne marque qui est installĂ©e (le propriĂ©taire m'a dit qu'ils Ă©taient au courant, et qu'ils allaient voir comment fixer le problĂšme) et enfin le grand matelas -qui est en fait deux petits assemblĂ©s- a tendance Ă  se sĂ©parer quand on dort. => Retenez que c'est un super appartement, vous allez y passer de bonnes vacances sans hĂ©siter. Sur la situation : - Assez bien situĂ© dans le sud de La Flotte (en RĂ©) : proche du centre (compter ~10 minutes Ă  pieds), et de la plage surveillĂ©e (compter ~15 minutes si vous marchez vite). - Quartier silencieux. - La Flotte est un trĂšs joli village, avec une petite plage relativement intime (mais peut-ĂȘtre bondĂ© en saison, je ne sais pas - j'y Ă©tais "hors-saison"). À noter qu'elle disparait complĂštement Ă  marĂ©e haute. - Vous ĂȘtes un peu en dehors des gros axes routiers de l'Ăźle de RĂ©, et ça, c'est sympa. - Il y a tout un tas de commerce, restaurants, une supĂ©rette, un supermarché  juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. - Vous ĂȘtes du bon cĂŽtĂ© pour les pistes cyclables sympas : tant celle qui passe par Saint-Martin-de-RĂ© pour aller du cĂŽtĂ© de Loix (essentiellement par le littoral et les marais salants), que par celle qui passe par le centre pour rejoindre Rivedoux. - Par contre, vous n'ĂȘtes pas du bon cĂŽtĂ© pour le couchĂ© de soleil : il se fait, comme chacun sais, Ă  l'Ouest, et La Flotte est dirigĂ© Nord-Est. Il tombe donc derriĂšre les bĂątiments quand vous ĂȘtes en bord de plage.

Ideal location for visiting Ile de Re

Ile de Re is a gorgeous destination and this little property in the heart of La Flotte, offers easy access to the sites, but in a quiet location. One of a handful of properties in the same development, this particular house is small, but adequately furnished with all the cooking facilities needed for a short break. The owners were extremely helpful - offering bike rental, linen rental and even arranging for a taxi at the end of our stay.

Quite small but adequate for a couple, clean, lightly furnished perfectly suited our requirements

Our hosts were very considerate and nice young couple, they hired bicycles to us which we used on daily basis visiting virtually all beaches, ports, and some amazing places the ville was perfectly located, just far enough away from restaurants area to be peaceful, we wish to convey our thanks to our hosts
