Ideally located to enjoy the beach and the forest of Longeville-sur-Mer, you are also less than 5 minutes drive from the center of the Tranche-sur-Mer and its shops.

Ich habe das Haus zum zweiten mal gemietet und wieder eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Wieder war alles perfekt - Kontakt zur Vermieterin, Übergabe, etc. alles war unkompliziert. Wer ein Haus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe sucht ist hier genau richtig, Gleichzeitig gibt es einen großen Garten, der auch zum verweilen einlädt.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique, la maison est vraiment géniale, jolie , bien équipée le jardin est top.... les enfants ont pu jouer dans le jardin en toute sécurité . La maison est à deux pas d'une superbe plage où nous avons pu faire des cours de surf en famille. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Strandurlaub

Das Haus von Mathilde ist genau so wie beschrieben - perfekt für einen Urlaub am Strand, der nur 200m entfernt liegt. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin, Übergabe, etc. alles war unkompliziert und perfekt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable et lumineuse à 3 minutes à pied de la plage, conforme aux photos. Le jardin est très agréable. La propriétaire a été très réactive pour nous répondre, idem pour la personne qui nous a confié les clés.

Maison typique dans un cadre idyllique

Un très bon séjour dans ce logement à deux pas de la plage, dans la pinède. Très bonne literie, maison fonctionnelle. Juste un bémol sur le sable qui entre dans la maison mais c’est ce qui fait le charme des vacances.

Stilvolles Haus in Top-Lage

Das Haus ist äußerst stilvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und funktional - ein richtiges "Sommerhaus" (durch einfache Fenster und Türen recht kühl, wenn die Außentemperaturen auch kühl sind). Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es gibt genügend Sitzgelegenheiten, die Betten waren gut (im Preis inbegriffen Handtücher und Bettzeug!). Der Garten ist sehr groß und lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Die wenigen 100 Meter zum Strand sind genial und dieser ist einfach fantastisch! Wir waren in der ersten Septemberwoche dort, als die Franzosen keine Schulferien mehr hatten, und fanden es sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist aber riesig, so dass es sich sicherlich auch in der Hochsaison "verläuft". Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche dort und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Maison tres bien equippee, au calme

La maison est tres bien equipee, et tres propre. Elle est situee idealement : dans une petite rue au calme et a deux pas de la plage. Sur la plage, il y a des cours de surf pour tous niveaux (de debutant a experimente), et la plage est surveillee toute la journee par des sauveteurs. Nous avons particulierement apprecie le grand jardin avec hamac, on entend le bruit des vagues au loin. Il y a beaucoup de possibilites d'animations dans les environs : skatepark, parc nautique, surf, etc.
