Wonderful Holiday

we have used this Villa several times the location is perfect the views are wonderful overall a magical 11 days . Sergio is also very helpful. Hope to return next year

The villa was perfect for my family of three. Check-in was painless. It had everything we needed and we spent all our time going to the beach outside down to the nearby restaurants and a lot of time in the pool. Highly recommend

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Kontaktaufnahme funktionierte trotz Sprachbarrieren sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit und die Lage waren auch Top. Einfach ca. 10 Minuten die Straße vorlaufen und man war mitten drinnen. 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Fuerteventura kommen werden wir diese Unterkunft bestimmt wieder buchen

Nice stay with great views

We had a very nice time at this house. Perfect to check the waves every morning at Lobos and at a nearby surf spot. The house is clean and has a big terrace and pool. It is not beachfront.

Tolle Lage mit spitzen Aussicht

Wir haben als Familie 10 Tage dort verbracht, der Empfang war sehr gut, das Haus ist von der Lage wirklich top, sauber und für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend.Die Aussicht und der private Zugang zum Strand waren einfach toll. Wünschenswert wäre tatsächlich für eine Familie im Urlaub eine Spülmaschine zu haben.!!!!!! Und die Liegen im Poolbereich müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden,schön wären draußen ein paar gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten mit Kissen etc. der Hausverwalter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit👍 Alles in einem würden wir das Haus mit toller Lage sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wieder kommen. Viele Grüße Fam.Fraczek

Lovely unit but disruptive problems

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. It is located within a 10 minute walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, and groceries. The pool area was very nice and good to put your feet in, but in March too cold to swim. The views from the three levels were great. Having a gated parking spot was nice too. The unit is perfect for 2 adults. I would not recommend it for more than 2 adults and maybe 2 children. The 2 bedrooms are a reasonable size but the living space is small and consists of a love seat, a plastic chair and a small dining set. The kitchen has just the bare minimum needed. I would say the unit could use some updating. The beds, furniture and appliances are worn and outdated. For example, the printed settings on the oven are totally worn off so you can't tell if it's on/off etc. As noted below some things needed to be replaced. I am giving 3 stars due to the issues we had throughout our stay. These included broken washing machine, lost electricity about 4 times due to a faulty water heater, ants, no space heater, missing amenities in the kitchen, and broken wifi. I must give credit to the property manager and the owner who worked hard to quickly resolve the issues, and they eventually corrected the problems.The next tenants will probably not have issues like we had. But for our stay, it was quite disruptive, time consuming, inconvenient and stressful for us when we were just trying to relax and enjoy our holiday. After considering all of this, I would recommend staying here. It is really quite a lovely location.

The location of the property is very good!

The property is very well located, near the beach and city center. Mr Sergio ( the villa manager) was very nice and helpful. The pool it is not heated. Thank you!

No.1 in all ways!!

Perfectly placed with easy access to popcorn beach. Villa clean, tidy, light and airy Loved staying here and if we can afford it would chose to come here again. Sergio is a friendly, informative character and the cleaner was discreet and even took our massive supply of empty wine bottles. 5 star!!

Cumplió con las expectativas que estaba buscando ,cerca de la playa y el centro de corralejo, lo unico que el sofa de la sala no es para 4 personas ,se podria poner uno de mayor dimensiones,repetire la próxima vez que tenga que ir a corralejo

Holiday of two half’s

Nice property great views , great location, walkable to center corralejo , beach on doorstep although not sand ! Checked in 9 pm with non English spoken lady ! Hopeless ! No English Chanel’s on tv , very steep steps to bedrooms , nice clean bedding beds hard for us , whole property needs updating ! Showers are not good at all , all floors tiled very slippy when wet , There is no privacy at all when by pool , the other 3 properties look directly on you , a lot cracked tiles on patios , on the plus side the maintenance guy really helpful when we locked our selves out as front door locks as you close ! And said we could stay until 2 pm last day which made life a lot easier , nice to park car in private place very steep lip from the road though car bumper undercarriage damage easy if loaded , was lovely to sleep with sea sound and owner was right no need for air con in first night but when to hot to prop doors open far to hot the windows don’t have a bar to keep them open so have to wedge doors will towels etc as very windy , then constant noice from shutters ratteling , all sorts banging etc most properties around us where empty so no noise but if full I don’t think the chilled out holiday we had would be the same at all , it’s ashame this could be a great place if spent abit money updating etc , but the views not quiet good enough to compensate

Pool not good

On arrival Sergio was very good throughout the week very helpful but it doesn’t show the amount of stairs in the property or the deep steps into the pool without support to hold on and if you can get in the drop from the second step is very deep so hence we couldn’t use the pool we were also very disappointed about the noise from the villa behind which I appreciate was having work done but 7 days of it especially Saturday and Sunday was too much we couldn’t relax

Tolles Ferienhaus auf Fuerteventura!

Ende Januar / Anfang Februar waren wir für 14 Tag auf Fuerteventura und haben in dem Haus von Francisco gewohnt. Das Haus hat eine großzügige Raumaufteilung, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche - sogar mit Waschmaschine -, ein Gäste WC, zwei Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf's Meer. Nicht zu vergessen der Pool! Einmal pro Woche gab es einen Reinigungsservice mit frischen Handtüchern - tatsächlich ein rundum Verwöhnpaket. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im quirligen Leben von Corralejo. Der eigene Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Und es ist schon ein Traum, auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken, mit Aussicht auf's Meer. Wir können diese Unterkunft und auch die gesamte Abwicklung nur empfehlen! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Geweldige locatie

Strand, zee, uitzicht, restaurants en terrasjes...... alles is fantastisch. De villa is compleet ingericht alleen de zitmeubels, zowel binnen als op het terras, waren niet comfortabel. Toch 3 fantastische weken genoten van onze vakantie. Hopelijk komen we er snel weer terug.

We stayed at the villa for 10 days around the 2021/2022 new year period. The villa is great, the sea views are spectacular and the property is very well maintained by Francisco, Sergio and the team, who are very accommodating. We would be very happy to stay again.

Ein super Haus

Gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine! Panoramaaus- blicke aufs Meer von den Terrassen und dem Schlafzimmer. Alles zu Fuß möglich aber trotzdem mit priv. Parkplatz. Wir waren nun schon zum 3. mal in dieser Straße. Dieses Haus ist unser Favorit!
