We enjoyed staying at this condo so much! It is a perfect location for enjoying the beach and town of Rehoboth. The condo was clean and well furnished. The murphy bed was comfortable to sleep on. We left it down the entire weekend and had plenty of room to move around. We will be staying here again.

I highly recommend this condo for a stay in Rehoboth Beach. Great location, a 15 minute walk from the boardwalk - a bit away for the craziness which is great - but close enough to everything you want to go to. Clean, comfortable, balcony. Host was great with communication.

My family stayed at this property for a long weekend in March, so that we could check out the area for a possible summer vacation. The property was just as advertised, and the owner, Chris, was very helpful, responsive, and attentive. The location can't be beat--you really can't get any closer to the beach. I imagine in the peak season it is particularly noisy, as you can hear people speaking on the boardwalk and the local businesses are receiving deliveries early in the mornings (delivery truck noise)...if you don't mind that, then this is the perfect spot (and there is a noise machine in the unit which I'm sure would help)
