Our villa is designed for a maximum of 8 people, it is air conditioned except the bedroom located on the ground floor. You will have free internet access (low speed) thanks to the WIFi system with which the house is equipped. It has 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a bathroom with WC and shower. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom with a 180 cm bed and its private bathroom (wc, bath / shower) then two other bedrooms and a bathroom (wc, bath / shower). These 3 bedrooms open onto a large balcony, overlooking the plain, the sea and the Mongri. A real joy. The kitchen overlooks the terrace by the swimming pool, garden furniture for lunch and dinner on the terrace (2 tables are at your disposal as well as 8 chairs), 8 deckchairs and two large parasols. Shaded parking in the garden for 2 cars. A living / dining room with a dining area, a table and chairs, then a TV corner with a sofa and 2 armchairs. We receive many channels thanks to the satellite with TNT SAT.
Very quiet residential area, 3 km from l'Estartit and its large sandy beach 5 minutes by car (large free parking), 15 minutes by bike via the cycle and walking path.
