Located in a charming hamlet on the sunny shore of Lake Annecy our house is ideal to accommodate 2 families or a group of friends up to 10 people.
Close to the bike path, the landing site of paragliding and golf course, near the lake and numerous hiking trails, 15 minutes from the center of Annecy and 30 minutes from the ski resorts of La Clusaz and great Bornand you can enjoy all year hobbies Annecy lake and its surroundings.
The spacious and cozy house allows everyone to find his intimacy with 4 non adjacent rooms and each equipped with a bathroom. The two living rooms, the large outdoor terrace and the kitchen area are arranged for 8/10 people. In fine weather you will enjoy its large terrace and garden with mountain and forest views.

Fabulous time in Talloires

We had a family holiday in this beautiful house in Talloires. Our group ages ranged from 15 to 60 and there are activities to suit everyone around the local area; cycling, swimming, running, kayaking, paragliding and walking in the most beautiful surroundings. Every location around the lake has things to see and do. Restaurant La Savoyade in Talloires is also excellent and we would definitely recommend it.

Lovely house with loads of space and a great garden.

The house is beautiful with lovely spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. Outside the garden is brilliant for relaxing on the deck in the evening and all enclosed so safe for small children and a dog. Very convenient for both Talloires and Monthin, both of which are fabulous! Can’t wait to come back.

Une très belle maison où on se sent bien

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette maison; elle est belle et bien équipée - on se sent bien dès l’arrivée! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait qu’il y ait une salle de bain par chambre et la jolie déco ! Seul petit bémol : la maison se trouve pas loin de la route en direction d’Annecy.. Pour conclure, c’est une région magnifique et nous avons bien profité des notre séjour !!!

Weekend de 4 jours avec un groupe de 8 amis et un nouveau-né. nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très cosy , chaleureuse et bien équipée . parfaitement propre et idéalement située pour profitr au gré des envies du lac d'Annecy, des montagnes et de la Clusaz qui est à 30 minutes pour aller skier !
