Recent house of 80 m², on the edge of a natural area, in a quiet and private location, 2 minutes walk from shops, 500 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach and 5 minutes by bike from the port, including:
On the ground floor, a large bright living room opening onto the terrace with a bay window, an open, equipped kitchen (induction hob, traditional oven and microwave, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher), a bedroom with double bed, shower room, WC.
Upstairs, a bedroom with queen-size bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, WC.
A terrace with garden (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue ...), a garage for bikes, a private parking space.
Washing machine, TV and CD-DVD player, iron and ironing board, hair dryer.
Sheets and household linen not provided. Possibility to rent from the person responsible for the maintenance of the house.
Cleaning on departure is not included.

Schönes Haus & Garten. Betten nicht besonders bequem, hier können die Matratzen gern getauscht werden. Das Haus insbesondere die Küche war wohl zum Ende der Saison nicht sehr sauber. Aber schöne Insel und insgesamt nette Unterkunft.

La maison est au calme mais très proche de la piste cyclable ce qui est parfait. On peut se rendre à pied aussi au supermarché ce qui est aussi très appréciable. La maison est spacieuse et très agréable avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

Schönes Haus in sehr guter Lage!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und der Garten sind gepflegt und gemütlich. Es steht alles zur Verfügung, was man zum Wohfühlen braucht. Der Kontakt mit Bermiezern war sehr freindlich und gut. Dasselbe gilt für die Konatktperspn vor Ort.

Cette location est idéale pour 2 couples et 2 enfants Elle est très bien disposée chacun des couples ayant leur intimité sur les 2 niveaux de la maison Elle est à proximité immédiate de l’Intermarché ce qui permet de faire ses courses à pied et chercher les viennoiseries le matin On peut se rendre à pied ou à vélo dans le centre de St Martin et la plage Le lieu est très calme Nous recommandons cette location et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et souhaitent que les locataires passent un très bon moment et la personne qui accueille également Vraiment très bien !

Très agréable séjour à Saint Martin de Ré

Cette jolie maison est située dans un petit lotissement calme. Elle est conforme à la description de l'annonce. Sur l'île, nous nous sommes déplacés uniquement à vélo. La plage, le port et le centre de Saint Martin sont proches. Ciel bleu, soleil, balades sécurisées grâce aux belles pistes cyclables, bons restaurants, dépaysement, repos ... c'étaient des vacances réussies !

Vacances Famille 3 enfants

Nous avons eu une belle vacance de famille avec 3 enfants (1, 5 et 6 ans). La maison est bien situé (pres de la cote!) et a tout le comfort. Ile de Ré est super, on a fait tous en vélo avec les enfant. Pascal et Gaby donne tous les infos et sont toujous prêt pour tous vos demandes. Vraiment une maison top pour Ile de Ré!!!

Ideales Feriendomizil für die Familie

Wir haben das Haus als ein ideales Feriendomizil empfunden. Die Lage ist in unseren Augen sehr gut, da man die angrenzenden Ort fußläufig gut erreichen und die Anreise mit dem Auto problemlos erfolgen kann (Stellplatz). Ideal sind auch die nahen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Ausstattung geht in Ordnung, wobei seitens Eigentümer/Vermieter stets darauf geachtet werden sollte, dass das Inventar "aktuell", sprich vollständig und in gutem Zustand bleibt (speziell hier im Küchenbereich). Den Preis für das Wäschepaket fanden wir im Vergleich zu hoch. Ansonsten tolles Objekt mit klarer Empfehlung. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt.

Maison très agréable

La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, le garage nous a été très utile pour nos vélos et l’emplacement de parking à 50m est très pratique. Le jardin et la terrasse permettent de prendre les repas à l’extérieur et aussi de se relaxer. Ce qui nous a surtout marqué c’est que nous nous sommes senti directement bien dans cette maison. L’arrivée et le départ ont été parfaitement réglés avec beaucoup de flexibilité. La situation est très pratique : proche des commerces, de la plage de la cible, des pistes cyclables et du sentier côtier vers La Flotte. A conseiller !

Très bon acceuil, la maison est encore mieux située que ce que nous imaginions, à 2 pas du centre de Saint Martin et plage + commerce alimentaire, très bien placée egalement pour se rendre en velo partout sur l'ile comme nous l'avons fait chaque jour avec les enfants. La maison est très agreable, bien agencée, au calme avec jardin ensoleillé, nous avons été ravis de notre semaine en famille et reviendrons avec plaisir.

A wonderful return to St Martin de Re

This was the second time that we stayed in the house as a family. As before we had a wonderful stay. The house is in a great location close to amenities, St Martin and also the local beach. It is also very well equipped with anything that might be needed during a holiday. Thank you for a great stay!

La maison est exactement comme annoncée. Bien située sur l’Île, on peut accéder facilement aux autres communes. Beaux sentiers,facile d’accès de la maison ,en bord de mer, soit pour se rendre au port de st-Martin ou à la Flotte. Accueil de Gaby chaleureux et à l’heure. Le seul bémol: nous avons trouvé les matelas un peu trop mou. Maison et quartier très calmes.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben im August diesen Jahres unseren Urlaub im Hause der Familie Paineau verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, vor allem das helle Koch-Ess-Wohnzimmer mit der direkten Verbindung zur Terrasse und dem Garten hat uns gefallen. Das Haus liegt einerseits sehr nahe an Supermärkten und einer Bäckerei (wobei es trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen ist) andererseits kann man Saint-Martin-de-Ré in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Auch mehrere Fahhradverleihe befinden sich direkt um die Ecke, so dass man das Auto während des Urlaubs getrost stehen lassen kann.
