In the historic town center of Marseille on the Place Charles de Gaulle, this apartment on the 2nd and last floor of a typical Marseille building, gathered all the ingredients of a successful apartment.
Discover a few meters from the old harbor, inside the Old Port Patio (courtyard side) on the bottom of the Paradise Street, this charming T1 facing East in peace, with an area of 22 m², including a living space and night, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet. Fully equipped and furnished (washing machine, dryer, TV, crockery, complete equipment so that internet and EDF). The public areas and the entire roof were renovated to new 2 years ago.
Public parking close to the building and all the amenities (supermarkets, car parks, restaurants, shopping, cultural events etc ...) "
