It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, pool, grilling area, covered parking, and building elevator. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are Not replenished during your stay.

We had a great time at this property. The walk to the beach was easy and it comes to an area that wasn’t very crowded. The check in process was very smooth. Communication with the host was awesome as well. The only downfall to this property is you can hear road traffic with being on the first floor. Overall this was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It truly exceeded our expectations—the space was perfect for our group of ten, clean, comfortable, and stocked with plenty of amenities. Although our assigned pool was closed due to construction, we appreciated having access to another nearby pool, which worked out just fine. Overall, this condo was exactly what we needed for a great trip.

The condo itself was great. Everything was clean, spacious. Definitely the ideal space for a large group, including young kids. Lots of games to play and entertainment. Double refrigerators in the kitchen and a nice big dining table for all to eat at! It was so close to the beach, easy to pop back and forth as needed throughout the day. The host was super communicative and helpful. Parking was really easy, never an issue to find a spot in the lot right underneath the building.The only downsides were that the elevator went out one day, which made it very hard to get 2 wagons and a beach buggy down along with 5 kids under 3. Additionally, the pool was not very clean, and both were so small that if another group was there, it was too overwhelming for our little ones.

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our stay at this property!! The space was clean and perfectly accommodated our family, including small children! The short walk to the beach was just right for us, as well as the close proximity to restaurants and shops! We will DEFINITELY return to these condos!!

Great Location

The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart, but was really unnecessary since you could not drive it past the grocery store. The condo was clean, the communication was great. We may just book again!

The stay was good. We did have trouble with getting cable tv programs on the main tv in living room. Not sure why we couldn’t find cable box channels. I also killed a couple roaches, not sure if that is common for that area. But, if not you may want to have pest control company come in and spray. Didn’t bother guys so much. But, if wives would have been with may not have been so good.

Great Location, Well-Maintained Property

We stayed at Pier Watch II for the 2nd time and this was a great vacation, great property, well-maintained, and clean. The process of getting information before, during, and after exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation. We had 7 adults, 2 children, with plenty of space. Great place and property manager went over and above to ensure our time was special.

Stay at Cherry Grove

This was an amazing property at an amazing location. Parking is the only issue when you drive an oversized vehicle. Overflow needs some more room. It was a tight squeeze getting my daughter's vehicle in and out.

Pier Watch Villa II (102)

We enjoyed staying at the condo-the location was great! We appreciated all the king beds and the keyless entry. The layout was nice. A double oven would have been helpful for cooking for a large group. The coffee pot didn’t work the best, but everything else was fine.

The rooms were very spacious, everything was clean and in working order. The manager was very helpful and polite. Everything was in driving and walking distance! Over all everything was excellent. There should be more parking passes but other than that I had a great experience and fun!

Villa at cherry grove

So according to the pictures we thought we would be staying on the beach but there are two buildings divided by a street and we were across the street. We felt the pictures and write up were a little misleading of the outside. The inside was perfect - plenty of room for all of us and two bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The beds are very soft. And you can hear the noise from the people upstairs if you’re on the bottom condo. The place was very clean and the kitchen was supplied wonderfully. The living area was perfect for our large group and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Absolutely Amazing

The pictures are actually what you’re getting. We loved the option of two pools, one is across the street, right next to the beach with a hot tub. The other one is a little smaller but still equally as fun. We would go night swimming after dinner so we would have the pool all to ourselves. The beach access is right across the street, super easy to get to and absolutely beautiful. We had two kids that needed naps during the day and were super happy about not hearing all the commotion upstairs that was happing downstairs so they were able to nap in a quiet room while us adults were still able to have fun. Delicious food all around this property to chose from, never disappointed. Totally worth the stay and will be choosing this property again!
