Great Labor Day Weekend!

Overall a great stay. Love the area, super convenient to everything. The interior decor was great! Only issue is that we had a couple cockroaches and the pans need replaced, they are terrible.

We are always thankful for our guest’s input about things they like and dislike during there stay. However it is very disappointing in how it is communicated. We like to take the review and reply with the information that we have concerning a specific reservation. In regards to this reservation, we were made aware of issue concerning the pan the night before check out of a 7 night reservation. We were disappointed because our staff is on property EVERYDAY and could have quickly resolved this inconvenience. In regards to the roach concern, we have month pest control and we have not had an issue to date however we did inform this guests of palmetto bugs (ninja bug of SC). We had a issue with balcony doors being left open and these bugs (look like a big roach) fly inside (yes they do fly) . They live in the trees around the property however the pest control treatment usually takes care of them. Our goal is always to exceed our guests expectations, however sometimes we fall short. Thank you again for making us better at what we do.

Great place for family!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this condo. It was a great fit for our family of twelve! The location was perfect since it was just a short walk to the beach as well as a short drive to many restaurants and activities. If you’re looking for a condo to stay in with a large group, this one is awesome! We will be back!

Family Reunion Success!

We were so pleased with this property. Great value! We had three families each using 2 rooms and it was spacious, pretty well equipped and located very close to the beach! Awesome Condo!

This property is beautiful. It held a large family of 9 adults and 5 children. It is directly across the street from the beach and located close to shopping. The outlet is only 20 minutes away and the hosts were very hospitable. Will definitely book again in the future.

The setup of the Condo was Excellent! 6 Bedrooms, 4 Baths for our party of 10. Very Spacious!

We had a wonderful experience from the online renting process; to the arrival; throughout our week of vacation and procedures for departure. Minor things need to be addressed: Pac-Man machine needs to be serviced (joy-stick too loose to enjoy play); new coffee pot and the Condo could have been cleaned better. Overall, We loved this place and would DEFINITELY stay here again! Thank You!

Great accommodations

The owner and staff definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had a great vacation. All questions were answered immediately via txt message and prior to arriving communication was great so we had no issues whatsoever getting settled. They made everything clear and simple. The condo was clean and neat and the pool was nice. No problems parking either. And we had 3 cars there. Thanks John and staff you guys are awesome!

The condo was very well kept. Check in was a bit later than what we’re used to but was worth it because it was actually clean. Usually we’ve rented through Elliott and always have to go in and clean before we put anything down. Let’s say it not only smelled clean but was clean. The entire family liked it. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the family. Would definitely rent again.

Great Girls Weekend

My longtime girlfriends rented this unit because of the amount of space it provided. It was very comfortable and very clean. What they don’t tell you is there is a Ms Pac-Man in one of the bedrooms! My fiend almost tore out her shoulder playing it! We are kids from the 80’s if you have not guessed. Only thing that would have made this better is if it had a view and a better pool area. Recommendations if you rent this unit: immediately put your car pass in your vehicle (they are very strict) and bring your own pillow.
