July 2023 Stay

We went as a family (4 and 8 year old) and were very impressed with the property. Great facilities and location. You have everything you need in the Villa and it has a great pool, with fantastic outdoor space. Some great places to visit nearby too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would very much recommend to others.

Met our needs

We were unlucky with the weather last week but the house served us well and staying inside wasn’t a big problem. When the sun did make a brief appearance, we enjoyed the pool and outside kitchen.

What a stunning villa! We had a wonderful week at the villa. It was everything that we expected, and more. The villa is secluded, with plenty of parking, and not overlooked which was lovely as it meant we could enjoy the amazing pool throughout the day. The balcony off the main bedroom was pleasant, and we were able to enjoy some views. The correspondence with the owner - Jean-Marc was great. We were greeted by Karen on arrival, and shown around the villa to show us how everything worked.

We spent a wonderful week here with six people and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa is spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need – from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and modern amenities.The outdoor area is simply amazing: a large, private garden, a sparkling pool, and several seating areas where you can enjoy the sun or relax in the shade. The atmosphere is peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to charming Grasse, local shops, restaurants, and the beaches of the Côte d’Azur.Everything was spotless upon arrival, and communication with both the owner and the rental coordinator was excellent – friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout.We highly recommend this villa and would love to return!

Großzügiges Anwesen mit Privatsphäre

Die Unterkunft und vor allem das zugehörige Grundstück war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt zu viert und auch für unseren Hund war das eingezäunte Gelände ideal. Mein Highlight war der große Pool (vor allem im Hochsommer) und die Nähe sowohl zu Nizza als auch zu Cannes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Restaurants in der Umgebung sehr genossen.

Une maison qui contient tout

Nous sommes restés 15 jours dans cette maison formidable. Deux adultes, deux adolescents et deux chiens et personne n’avait envie de partir à la fin du séjour. On est tellement bien dans cette maison. D’abord l’accueil de Karen (the housekeeper): Elle était tellement aimable et toujours prète à nous aider et conseiller - elle nous a fait sentir les bienvenus tout de suite. La maison était très propre, la cuisine très bien équipée - il ne nous manquait rien. Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu et la piscine est absolument fantastique. A l’extérieur il y a une cuisine où nous avons séjourné la plupart du temps pendant que nous profitions de la vue sur le jardin et la piscine. On est trés tranquille dans le quartier et en même temps on n’est qu’a 500 mètres d’une boulangerie et d’un supermarché. L’emplacement de la maison est absolument parfait pour des diverses excursions d’une journée. On n’est qu’à quelques kilomètres de beaucoup d’attractions. Nous sommes allés à Cannes, Nice, Antibes, Grasse, les Georges du Loup, Goudron et bien d’autres endroits à découvrir. C’est vraiment un emplacement génial. Merci à vous, Jean-Marc, de nous avoir prêtés votre belle maison. À bientôt j’espère bien.

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir wurden herzlich von Karen empfangen, die uns alls auf englisch erklärte. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und besonders gut haben uns die Terrasse und der große Pool gefallen. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Umgebung ☀️ Wir vermissen das Haus jetzt schon!

August holiday 2020

We had a very good time at the villa which is situated in a quite area and very close to the local supermarket and restaurants. The swimming pool is brilliant, large enough for 2 families to play water games and to relax at the same time. The garden is large and well maintained and it has a nice fig tree( the fruits were delicious!) . Outside BBQ/kitchen area was the place we have used the most, is well equipped and as well the inside kitchen with every utensils needed. Nice living room with plenty sitting space to relax while watching a various number of channels on the big screen TV! The bedrooms were OK, it could have been better if had bigger beds :) and air conditioning in the living area. Overall we had a great time at the villa and we look forward to return in the future.

Very nice vacation home

We were very satisfied with the house and the surroundings. We especially enjoyed the amazing pool. The house is fully equiped and therefore we really enjoyed our stay there. Wir waren mit dem Haus und der Umgebung sehr zufrieden. Besonders der tolle Pool hat uns gefallen. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet und daher haben wir unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Location au calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces Vous pouvez allez à pied à la boulangerie et il y a un petit casino L'extérieur est bien agencé : il y a une cuisine d'été (nous y avons passé le plus clair de notre temps, dès le matin) Petit déjeuner avec seulement le bruit des cigales : quel bonheur La piscine est au top : profondeur de 2m60. Nos enfants ont pu s'en donner à coeur joie. L'intérieur est aussi agréable que l'extérieur : la cuisine est très bien équipé (comme à la maison), grand salon/salle à manger, une TV XXL Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Karen Un séjour en résumé très agréable

Rustige aangename buurt 20 km van Cannes en Nice

Alle faciliteiten binnenshuis inclusief enorme flatscreen. Fantastiche buitenkeuken met grill en pizzaoven. Leuke zithoek buiten, groot zwembad met ligstoelen en grote tuin. Zeer relax. Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand. Contact perfect engelstalig.

Calme, espace et detente sont les maîtres mots ee cette location !

Villa de charme dans un endroit hyper calme et reculé ayant malgré tout un accès rapide à toutes les commodités. Forêt de chênes et superbes balades à 5 minutes à pieds. Piscine au top ( 12 mètres et 2m60 de fond) permet de réellement nager et non patauger ! La majorité du temps se passe à l'extérieur, cuisine ouverte et salon sont donc vraiment les pièces centrales et maîtresses de notre séjour. Petites suggestions pour le propriétaire ; Nous y mettrions 6 transats (possibilité de s'y mettre sur le ventre ;-) ) , un petit salon d'été en place des supers chaises 😜😉 et un rafraîchissement de la cuisine externe (peinture). Arroseurs, entretien pelouse entrée ? Bien que l'on n'y est pas... Bonne continuation à lui et p-e à bientôt. Philippe.
