LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry room along side walkway. Bring your own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
Two designated spaces. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.

Best of all is the proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street Beach, well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Drive bike path.
