Marie France and Aurélie, the owners, will be happy to welcome you to the furnished tourist accommodation "le VAL de LOIRE" opened in 2017 and located in the town of Ballan Miré, 10 km from TOURS

Ballan Miré is a pretty town of 8,000 inhabitants in the Loire Valley region.
It is bordered by the LOIRE and the CHER.
This furnished accommodation is an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy the many tourist sites in the VAL de LOIRE region.
Some of these sites are listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.

- Furnished with all comfort.
- Furnished adjoining the owners' house but independent entrance, private terrace and secure independent parking.

- Ground floor: consists of a bathroom / WC, an equipped kitchen and a living / dining room. The ground floor has a convertible sofa / bed which can become an extra bed for two people.

- FLOOR: a bedroom with a large double bed 140/190 and 1 single bed 90/190 with storage drawers, wardrobe and flat screen
Possibility of an extra baby bed.

- EXTERIOR: 25 m² lighted outdoor terrace with garden furniture, built-in barbecue and clothes horse.

- SWIMMING POOL 8 m x 4 m (from 1.10 m to 1.80 m deep) open and heated to 26 ° minimum from May 15 to September 15.

A Brit & Belgian review..

Gite very clean & in a quiet location. Owners very kind & discreet. Location ideal for visiting the Loire chateaux & cycling (excellent veloroutes). Great to have the BBQ & private parking. Good supermarket about 7 mins walk away. We would simply recommend a mosquito/fly screen on the bedroom Velux upstairs.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre escapade en tourraine. Le logement était propre et conforme à l'annonce. Tout le matériel dont on peut avoir besoin était disponible. Le petit (8ans) était bien sûr ravi de plonger tous les jours dans la belle piscine qui était nettoyée tous les matins. Nous reviendrons sûrement en Tourraine et dans ce gîte. Merci aux propriétaires pour le soin apporté au logement.

Très belle location

Idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, ce gîte est magnifique et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et nous y retournerons volontiers si nous devions revenir dans la région.
