El wifi no funcionó el tiempo que pasamos allí. Les llamé para ver qué pasaba y sólo me confirmaron que no funcionaba. Tampoco lo arreglaron.

Bon séjour !

Le studio correspond à la description, il est bien équipé et situé idéalement pour de nombreux sites (Carcasonne, lac de Cavayere, grotte du Limousis...). La propriétaire est très gentille.

La relación precio/calidad es correcta. Cómo mejora el hecho de no tener toallas en el baño y tener que traerlas y que no tienen tampoco sábanas, solo mantas. Por lo demás todo correcto.

Quite poor/ bastante regular

(English below) - El dueño cambió su disponibilidad para abrirnos en el último momento, y no pudimos entrar hasta casi las 12 de la noche, cuando nuestro plan era llegar a las 10pm (y nos había confirmado que no había problema). - nos pidió una fianza desproporcionada, de la cual no se decía nada en el anuncio - nos pidió dinero extra por usar sábanas y toallas (tampoco venía en el anunció) - la dueña llamó varias veces insistiendo en discutir el tema de la fianza, parece que su vista del contenido del anuncio era diferente de la nuestra, pero se resistía a creerlo. - el baño olía mal, y el jabón tenía pelos. - nos faltaba una sábana y una toalla, asi que nos tapamos con mantas que encontramos en el armario. - la parte buena: el chico que nos atendió, Ludovic, fue muy amable, aunque no fue la persona con la que habíamos hablado en un Principio. En fin, en general un poco desastre. Necesitábamos dormir después de un día largo de viaje y salir temprano, y esto no fue lo que esperábamos . - The owner changed availability to open us in the last minute and couldn't get there until almost midnight (our plan was to sleep around 10pm, which he previously confirmed was ok). - asked us for a huge deposit (not mentioned in the ad!) - also asked for extra money for using sheets and towels (not mentioned in the ad either) - the onwer called and insisted in discussing on the phone about this, it seemed her view of the content of the ad was different from ours and she resisted to believe it. - bath was smelly and the soap had hairs on it - we missed 1 towel and 1 sheet, so we took the blankets we found in a closet. - good thing: the guy that opened for us, Ludovic, was very kind. He was not the one we talked about the reservation though. Overall everything was quite messy and not relaxing. We really needed to sleep after q long day of traveling and get up early in the morning, and this is not what we expected.

Studio idéalement placé dans un quartier très calme à 5 Minutes réellement de la cité médiévale. Possibilité de stationner remorque et voiture. Pour le logement en lui même, les commodites sont dimples et suffisantes. Le lit mériterait une révision. Le bruit du frigidaire toute la nuit était désagréable. La présence d'une clim aurait été bien appréciée en plein été. Notre hôte était très gentille et disponible.

Un séjour formidable - un appartement confortable

Nous remercions les propriétaires car l'appartement est largement conforme à la description faite sur le site. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et la Cité de Carcassonne est exceptionnelle. L'avantage, on est bien à 5 minutes en voiture de la Cité et 10 minutes du centre de Carcassonne. Le village est très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont très charmants. L'appartement est limitrophe à la maison, avec une entrée indépendante et une terrasse indépendante. Nous conseillons réellement ce propriétaire et l'appartement pour leur convivialité et leur discrétion.
