We loved our time at this house in Avila Beach. The house is in great condition. They had a wagon, beach cart, beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available, which worked out great for our large group with 2 small children. The kitchen is well equipped and the natural gas grill was fantastic. The beach and local shops are only a 5 minute walk away. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Fabulous stay and lots of space!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice time at the beach house. The beach was just a three minute walk. Everything you could possibly need was provided. Each person had a really spacious room. One thing I would have loved to see is a small sectional in the TV area. There is not only enough seating for movie watching for three people on the sofa so it made gathering there hard for our large group.

Well appointed property (although only salt & pepper for spices). Manager quick to respond to window that wouldn't close. Walkable to the beach and "downtown" and close to Pismo and San Luis Obispo. Great tide pooling at low tide.

Lovely spacious house by the beach

Overall our stay was excellent. The space is perfect for a group. Our only comment is that we received very little information about house rules (eg whether or not to take out trash and recycling, what to do with used sheets and towels). Also we did not receive any information about WiFi and couldn’t find anything in the house with instructions.

Wonderful stay in Avila!

This is a beautiful, spacious home in a great location in Avila. Highly recommend for any visit to the central coast. It's just across the street from the Bob Jones trail for morning jogs and walking distance to the Avila Golf Course. Walk to the beach and downtown Avila in 5-10min. The house itself was exceedingly clean and well-equipped. Property managers were very responsive when we had a problem with the wifi working. The sitting area upstairs works very well for an office space if you're doing a "workcation." Highly recommend- we loved this rental!

Rainy Days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in the home was outstanding! When we arrived, the home was clean and well maintained. The weather was not the best as it was rainy and cold at times, but we did make it to the beach, restaurants, shopping and aquarium. Glad we had brought umbrellas for rain. The beach items were well supplied as well as most other necessities.

The noise level was much higher than expected. Between the road noise and construction noise 6 days a week, sleep was harder. The throw rugs have corners that are curled making for a trip hazardous.

Multigenerational Family Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a great experience - from the rental team at Seven Sisters who worked with me to find a property that would fit our family to the fabulous property where we stayed. We couldn’t have asked for a better package! House is immaculate and plenty of room for everyone. Bonus is ALL of the beach stuff for you to use in the garage. From the cart full of beach toys to the wagon, chairs, umbrella and beach towels - really great and not something you get with every property. Highly recommend, worth every penny. Fabulous memories were made 🫶🏼

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Roomy five bedroom home was ideal for our family to share Thanksgiving. Our group of 10 dunes around the kitchen table. Parking for 4 autos (2 in garage, 2 in driveway). It was nice to have morning coffee on the patio. The home is meticulously maintained. The kitchen is well equipped to cook for and serve a large group. Seven Sisters’ attention detail can be seen throughout the property and rental process.
