Farm House On Beaver Lake Àr över 100 Är gammal och uppdaterades 2014. Vi lade till moderna bekvÀmligheter, samtidigt som vi behöll lantgÄrdens charm. inklusive orginial repurposed trÀ och shiplap. Det finns en gammal ladugÄrd som Àr över 100 Är gammal pÄ fastigheten, och det finns 20 hektar med klippta naturstigar för din njutning. Allt detta sitter i slutet av en körfÀlt pÄ privat egendom, och ligger precis vid vattnet med 180 graders utsikt över sjön. Det Àr hÀrligt!

The Farm House har en stor skÀrmad veranda över husets framsida med en fantastisk utsikt över sjön och The Barn. Vardagsrummet har en 48 "plattskÀrm med OzarkGo kabel och wifi, och en DVR. Matbordet rymmer bekvÀmt 8; och det finns ytterligare bord, stolar och TV-brickor. Köket har en 6 brÀnnare gas kommersiella sortiment och rostfria vitvaror; Det Àr fullt lager med krukor och kokkÀrl, glasögon, tallrikar etc. TvÀttstugan har full storlek tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare med diskutrymme för förvaring, och det leder till bakgÄrden. Det finns fem (5) sovrum med egen personlighet; en Àr nere och fyra Àr pÄ övervÄningen. Varje sovrum har en queen size-sÀng; en inkluderar ocksÄ en spjÀlsÀng och en annan ingÄr ocksÄ en tvilling vÄningssÀng. Det finns tvÄ (2) badrum; en pÄ varje vÄning.

Utomhus ingÄr ett picknickbord, gasgrill, brandgrop med 8 stolar, dÀcksvÀngningar, gunga och tvÄ 2-personskajakor. Ta med flytvÀstar de Àr nödvÀndiga nÀr du anvÀnder kajakerna.

Vi har ocksÄ massor av vilda djur ~ De upplagda bilderna var alla tagna pÄ egendomen av mig eller min man.

Stranden Àr en lÀtt promenad dÀr du kan sÀkert bada med inga branta avstÀngningar. Vi har ingen bÄt docka, men Hickory Creek Marina Àr bara 5. 6 miles - dÀr du kan starta din bÄt. Vi befinner oss i södra Ànden av sjön frÄn punkt 12 dÀr floden White River och War Eagle River slÄr samman. Detta omrÄde av sjön Àr mycket tystare Àn omrÄdet norr om oss.

Platsen Àr stor. Fastigheten sitter i slutet av körfÀltet och du hör bara ljuden av natur och bÄtar, men du Àr bara 30 minuter frÄn nÄgra av de mest kÀnda attraktionerna i NWA.

We had a wonderful stay with a family of 8 of all ages. The house was very clean and we were warmly welcomed and checked in easily. We cooked meals and used the grill, fire pit, and the lake. We could have used a couple of extra days.

Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return. Thank you!!!

We were welcomed with homemade cake! This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to come up and ride some of the best roads in Arkansas. It's a stunning location, with so many little areas to sit and visit and watch the wildlife. It's such a precious old home, lots of history they share it's story. Comfortable seating, inside and out. Great kitchen if you plan to cook while you are there. I hope I can bring my family back, grands will love the wide open grass and tire swings.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch.

My name is Lucinda. My husband, DJ and I wanted to move to NWA to be near our kids/grandchildren. Our son and his family live in Bentonville, and our daughter and her family live in Fayetteville. We had no idea how much we would love the area ~ can not imagine living any where else. We live across the creek from The Farm House. So if you have any needs while being our guests we are close enough to accommodate, if possible; but far enough away that you will have your privacy.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

When we saw this property it was love at first sight. It had been abandoned for over 20 years and needed a lot of love; nature had taken her back and trespassers had abused her. We cleaned and cleared. Almost everyone told us we should tear down The Farm House, but we just couldn’t. So we worked tirelessly and updated The Farm House with modern amenities while keeping the farm house charm. This is my happy place.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The property is close enough to town, but feels like you are far away from the hustle of life. It sits at the end of the lane with no other houses near by (we live across the creek from The Farm House). The views are unobstructed and the sunrises are amazing. The only thing we hear are the sounds of nature, an occasional airplane, and an occasional boat. There is wildlife in abundance; deer, coyotes, a bobcat, roadrunners, geese, eagles, etc. It is heavenly.
