Located on the heights of Calvi, this 57m2 apartment enjoys exceptional views of the sea and the mountains.

Completely new, this air-conditioned rental is composed of two bedrooms: one with a 160x200 double bed and the other with two 90x200 beds that can be put together to make only a double bed in 180x200, and a living room including a kitchen open to the living room with convertible sofa offering an additional double bed, a bathroom with a very large shower and a separate toilet.

The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and all necessary utensils.

You can also take your meals on the pleasant 23m2 terrace furnished with a table, chairs and a deckchair.

Nous venons de rentrer de notre séjour à Calvi. nous avons logé dans ce très bel appartement bien grand et fonctionnel durant 15 jours.l endroit se situe sur les hauteurs de Calvi et c est très calme. Nous avons profité un maximum de la magnifique terrasse avec sa vue imprenable sur la mer et le maquis. On ne peut pas s en lasser. Julien, le propriétaire est très disponible et vous donne de bonne adresse pour les restos, Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Nous retournerons dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain séjour à Calvi. Merci Julien Nadine et Patrick

De l'accueil au départ, tout à été parfait. Le logement est super bien agencé, et très qualitatif tant en termes d'équipement que de déco. Le must est évidemment la terrasse avec son point de vue mer et montagne. Impossible de se lasser de cette vue sublime. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et sympathiques. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Pierre & Aurélie avec nos 2 enfants fin mai 2019. L'appartement est fidèle à l'annonce, décoré avec beaucoup de goût dans un style contemporain, très confortable, bien équipé, très lumineux et au calme ! Mais le must est LA VUE sur la baie de Calvi et les montagnes environnantes ! Quelle beauté !!! Un endroit parfait pour rayonner en Balagne et se reposer. Voiture indispensable.

Perfekte Wohnung, überraschende Kommunikation

Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt. Alles neu, gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und toller Blick über Calvi; Alles war wie beschrieben. Dabei sehr ruhig; ein Auto ist aber notwendig. Die Übergabe war problemlos und sehr professionell. Trotzdem nur 4 Punkte wegen einer überraschenden Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Neben den 300€ Kaution wurde auch nach dem Pass gefragt. Zunächst verstand ich es als Prüfung des Ausweises, was allerdings nicht korrekt war. Ich sollte neben dem Geld auch meinen Pass als Sicherheit abgeben. Dies ist mir in 25 Jahren Ferienwohnung mieten noch nie passiert. Außerdem gebe ich ein solche Dokument nicht aus der Hand. Danach wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich dann 1000€ Kaution in bar zu zahlen habe; auch dies ein Rekord an Kaution. Dies war für mich dann die bevorzugte Variante. Da die Übergabe nicht vom der Kontaktperson gemacht wurde, endete es mit 300€ ohne Passabgabe. Somit hatte ich soviel Cash dabei wie sonst nie. Kein Problem, aber vollkommen unnötig. Die Sinnhaftigkeit habe ich auch nicht verstanden (Franzosen hinterlegen noch einen Scheck, was als Deutscher nicht geht), aber was soll's. Was uns noch gestört hat, war die Anzahl der Handtücher, die wir gegen Aufpreis gebucht hatten. Ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch pro Person für fast zwei Wochen (dann noch weiß) ist doch knapp bemessen. Und dass wir die ebenfalls gebuchte Bettwäsche selbst aufziehen mussten, ist uns auch zum ersten Mal passiert. Noch ein Hinweis, was ich bei der Buchung übersehen habe. Es gibt hier kein WiFi und keinen Internetzugang über die Wohnung. Wir hatten aufgrund der neuen Roaming Regeln ausreichend Datenvolumen auf unseren Mobilgeräten; waren aber doch etwas eingeschränkt. Lt. Aussage der netten Dame bei der Übergabe soll es irgendwann installiert werden. Trotz der kleineren Themen ist die Wohnung eine klare Empfehlung
