Located in the heart of the Genette district and close to the historic center of La Rochelle, we offer for the holidays a pleasant comfortable house on one level with a small enclosed garden on the front and a closed terrace outside. back where you can have lunch.

You can park your car for free and easily in front of the house and walk to the old port in around 15 minutes (departure to the islands: Aix, Oléron, Ré). Quick access to the Ile de Ré bridge (10 minutes by car) and to the ring road serving the neighboring towns.

Close to parks and the seaside, its location is ideal for 4 people, family with children (playground, animal park, beach) or jogging enthusiasts, walks or bike rides (Franck Delmas park, seaside) .

Covering an area of 65 m 2, the house includes:
- 2 bedrooms (150 bed with duvet for each),
- a bathroom with WC,
- a living room: living room with fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge), lounge area with sofa and armchairs

Très jolie maison de vacances, bonne superficie pour 4, bien située, proche tous commerces, propreté parfaite, terrasse agréable. Les petits bémols 😉, manque un lave vaisselle (pour de vraies vacances), la TV serait mieux dans le salon et prévoir dans un futur proche une salle de bain plus moderne et pratique comme la cuisine. Je recommande cette location de vacances 😀

Maison confortable et tranquille à proximité

La maison est confortable et bien située car à la fois dans un quartier tranquille mais proche du centre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et nous ont donné des idées de visite. Nous avions loué des vélos pour tout le séjour, que nous avons pu garer en sécurité au sein du jardin. Commerces à proximité ( boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie et carrefour city. On peut oublier la voiture le temps du séjour 😀

Perfekte Erholung in angenehmer Lage

Das kleine Stadthaus war für uns drei ideal. Geschmackvolle Ausstattung, ansprechende neue Küche und vor allem kühle Räume auch bei 37°C Außentemperatur. Angenehme Lage, ruhig und stadtnah. Die Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein geschützter Fahrradparkplatz befindet sich im Vorgarten, das Auto parkt vor dem Haus. Der freundliche, warme Empfang durch die Vermieter und der unkomplizierte Kontakt sind ein Plus. Merci beaucoup pour cettes deux semaines reposants.

Une location comme nous aimerions en avoir plus souvent... Au-delà de l’emplacement idéal de la maison aux abords du centre-ville (aquarium, plage et vieux port à pieds), de sa propreté, de son confort (une mention spéciale pour la literie) et de sa commodité (tout y est), nous avons pu « savourer » l’hospitalité de notre hôte. Des intentions assez rares pour être soulignées (des produits locaux aux fruits du jardin en passant par les jouets de plage pour notre petite fille) qui nous ont tout de suite permis de se sentir comme chez nous. Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Nous aussi recommandons fortement cette petite maison charmante. Wir empfehlen dieses charmante Ferienhäuschen sehr gerne weiter. Es liegt 15 Gehminuten von der Altstadt und 10 Minuten von einem kleinen Strand entfernt, so dass man zu Fuß schon sehr weit kommt. Ein leckerer Bäcker ist gleich nebenan. Vor dem Haus haben wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. La Rochelle und Umgebung eignen sich jedoch perfekt für Erkundungen mit dem Fahrrad (die man überall ausleihen kann). Der romantische Altbau ist geräumig und sehr liebevoll wie auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos treffen die gemütliche Atmosphäre sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenzeile ist neu und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine, einen Wäscheständer, etc. Auf der kleinen, ruhig gelegenen Terrasse findet sich immer ein Plätzchen in der Sonne oder im Schatten. Die äußerst herzlichen Vermieter wohnen nebenan. Sie informieren auf Französisch oder Englisch über die Umgebung, über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und verwöhnen ihre Gäste mit kleinen Spezialitäten aus der Region.

Great cottage, great location

There was a warm welcome to this lovely property in La Rochelle. The property was clean and very well equipped. The location is great with ample parking outside and a 15 minute walk into the centre of La Rochelle. La Rochelle has plenty to offer including numerous restaurants.It is also a great location for visiting Ile de Re. Even though the temperature was hot during our stay the property remains cool inside. There is no washing machine so you might want to consider this if you have a young family. A brilliant place to stay in La Rochelle.

Pleasant Bungalow in Great Location

This house is tastefully decorated and well equipped. There is plenty of room. The kitchen is excellent for self catering. Our only quibble was that the beds were not the most comfortable in the world. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The location is great for exploring La Rochelle. The bungalow itself is in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood and there's a good boulanger next door. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk to the centre of town, past the lovely Parc Charruyer. The old city is wonderful, with bags of character and history. There's a small beach a 10-minute walk away or you can drive 10 minutes to a larger beach. Everything is within easy reach. The owners were friendly and helpful. We had a great time and I thoroughly recommend this place.

Nous avons passé une semaine fort sympathique dans cette location située à 20 min du vieux port et à 2 pas de plusieurs commerces comme une boulangerie, une boucherie, une épicerie...la cuisine est parfaitement équipée, la maison garde bien la fraîcheur et la terrasse permet de manger à l'extérieur. Nous avons également apprécié l'espace bibliothèque et les conseils des propriétaires comme par ex emplacement du boulodrome, informations sur les animations actuelles....Enfin, il est facile de se garer gratuitement devant la maison. Leuke stadswoning

Leuke woning op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum van La Rochelle. Compleet ingericht. Ligt weliswaar aan een straat, maar daarvan merk je nauwelijks iets. Mooi verblijf om de omgeving te verkennen, bijvoorbeeld een dagtochtje naar Ile de Ré en daar heerlijk wandelen of fietsen.
