Waterfront property on Lake Sebasticook with 3 floors of living. Updated Colonial home with gourmet kitchen, granite countertops with island and farmhouse table overlooking a large cedar deck with pool and a large lawn for family fun including a basketball court/ pickleball couet and walkway to waterfront with floating dock,canoe, kayaks and paddleboard. Short walk to boat landing, swimfront,riverwalk and 1/2 mile to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and more. Pontoon boat rental available upon request pre-arrival minimum 2 consecutive days.
