Pleasant architect villa of 170 m² with a secure 4x6 m swimming pool (it is wintered during winter rentals), garden with lawn.
In a quiet residential area, at the foot of the hills and close to all amenities.
Near the céze and Ardèche valleys and many tourist towns (AVIGNON, NIMES, PONT DU GARD, UZES .....)

Single storey house consisting of:
- an entrance hall with coat hooks and toilets with washbasin
- a day area with a large openwork living room of 60 m² under exposed timbers (sofa corner with TV, video, xbox and dining room with large round table that can accommodate 10 people) and an equipped American kitchen (fridge, oven combined, induction hob, NESPRESSO coffee maker and complete cooking equipment).
- a night area with parquet floors including 4 bedrooms including a master suite (bathroom with large walk-in shower and dressing room), a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet (we can provide you with an umbrella bed).
In the utility room adjoining the kitchen, there is a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, an iron and storage shelves.
The large picture window in the living room gives access to a shaded wooden terrace where there is a gas barbecue, a large wooden table for ten people and a bench seat.
A garden with lawn and various Mediterranean plants, small vegetable patch and sandpit.
The secure 4x6 m swimming pool (automatic salt treatment, robot, huge floating cushions, deckchairs and small lounge, shade sail) includes a large submerged beach and a pleasant terrace for sunbathing.

Exchanges with travelers

We will be reachable and nearby for any information or request during your stay.
For the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, we will have to come once or twice during your stay (at times adapted to disturb you as little as possible).

Other remarks

The automated portal of the villa gives access to a driveway with parking space for two vehicles.
Towels and sheets are included in the delivery.
A book will be there to guide you in cultural, sporting, family activities and to visit our charming region:
