Detached house of 100 m2 with private garden closed and trees of 800 m2. Main residence with 2 bedrooms (double beds), living room, kitchen, bathroom, WC. In annex (glued to the house) 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom and toilet.
At disposal: dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine.
South-facing terrace and garden with garden furniture and loungers.
Parking for 3 vehicles in the property.
Pool (3.5 x 8m)

Possibility to provide bed linen for € 80 per stay and / or towels for € 4 per person per stay.

Deposit of 800 €.

The property is located 1.5 km from the city center where you will find the following business: supermarket (open Sunday morning), bakeries, butchers, bank, post office, restaurants and pizzerias, medical offices and pharmacies. Many wineries all around the city.
Provencal market on Sunday morning, leisure (canoeing, tree climbing, horseback riding), swimming pool, numerous hiking and biking and golf 18 holes. In season many festivities.
Vidauban is located 30 kms from seaside beaches (Sainte Maxime, Issambres and Frejus) and less than an hour from Saint Tropez and the Verdon.

Maison très sympa et agréable

Maison tres agréable, intérieur récent et fonctionnel, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La dépendance est tres bien équipée aussi et pratique pour séparer les plus vieux des jeunes adultes !!! (Nous étions en famille de 18 a 50 ans) Moustiquaire a chaque fenêtre donc ca c'est extra car même lorsqu'il fait un peu chaud la nuit , on peut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes (pas de clim) séjour très sympa

Bonjour. J ai passé d excellente vacances dans cette super villa. Manque un peux de lumière à l entré de l annexe et l entré principal de la maison. Petit bémol l hôtel en face. Mais ça nous a pas empêcher de nous baigner dans cette magnifique piscine meme à 2h du matin. Pour l état des lieux. Ça pas été fait correctement juste un tour de la maison et rien d autre. Mais je recommande car endroit bien situé près de tout. Commerce, parc aquatique, restaurant. Tout tout.

Des vacances reposantes

La maison a été entièrement rénovée et c’est très appréciable. La cuisine et les salles de bains sont très fonctionnelles. Les chambres sont propres, assez grandes. La piscine est aussi très bien, pas trop froide, juste ce qu’il faut. Il y a quelques bémols comme la literie à revoir dans certaines chambres, la difficulté de communication avec l’intendante (pour obtenir des torchons, tapis de douche, lavettes…). Et il y a un certain vis-à-vis avec l’hôtel en face, qui se permet de nous réprimander après quelques bruits dans la soirée. En général, c’est une très bonne location, bien située, très moderne et fonctionnelle. Je recommande pour des vacances tranquilles et reposantes.

Génial

Une semaine de rêve avec une maison très pratique et un jardin sans vis à vis (mise à part un tout petit hôtel de personnes de passage) qui possède une piscine fortement agréable. Enfants comme adultes avons été charmés. Seul bémol : les moustiques voraces ! Je recommande !

Calme et paisible

Très charmante maison, suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Nous avons passée un agréable moment, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée aussi bien à l'intérieur (four, grille pain, cafetière...) qu'a l'extérieur (transats, table, barbecue...) . La piscine et la localisation au calme sont un vrai plus

Très agréable

Maison agréable, conforme à la description, très bien équipée. Les chambres sont belles et grandes, les 2 salles de bain sont toutes neuves. Terrasse plein Sud, terrain ombragé et piscine nouvellement construite seront sans doute agréables en été. La boite à clé est bien pensée pour notre arrivée tardive! Merci!
