An old house at the intersection of Balagne and Cape Corse, overlooking the sea, the mountains, the plains of the Conca d'Oro and villages Nebbiu. Located on a promontory, the view is 360 degrees: a rare panoramic position, 6 km from Saint Florent, in a small hamlet between the villages of Oletta and Poggio. A charming place for rest and to discover the island.

The nearest beaches on St. Florent and the Patrimonio region, Cape between 10 minutes to the closest and 30 for Cape.
near the beaches of Agriates are accessible by car or boat from Saint Florent and are among the most beautiful beaches of Corsica.
Ile Rousse, Calvi and the beaches and beautiful spots Balagne are within 1 hour.
The house is an excellent starting place for all excursions to the Cape, Balagne, the Eastern Coast. It is also a place of serenity, away from the summer crowds with always the opportunity to visit the villages of Nebbiu region.

The House :
terrace views and exceptional windows overlooking the villages, the plain of Saint Florent, the bay and mountains.
It consists of two floors:
Floor 1 living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with shower room, large terrace.
Floor 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
Accommodation conditions:
6 beds mini, linen and towels provided -
Kitchen: all conveniences including oven, washing machines machine and dishwasher.
Living room: 2 sofas, 1 convertible- fireplace, TV, stereo.
Home: individualized, end of tenancy cleaning done in by the site manager.

Wir haben jede Minute dort genossen!! Ein unglaublicher Ausblick!! Eine tolle Wohnung!! Danke für die wunderbare Musikauswahl an CD´s und die überaus gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne haben wir abends auf dem bequemen Sofa gesessen oder in der Küche und das Ambiente genossen. Von allen Fenstern gibt es ein wunderbares Panorama, sogar bis zum Meer. Zum Erreichen der umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten ist diese Wohnung sehr passend. Die Fotos in der Objektbeschreibung geben nicht die volle Schönheit des Ausblicks von Terrasse und Fenster wieder und die volle Schönheit des Objektes. Inzwischen ist auf der Terrasse eine elektrische Markise angebracht, der Metallaufbau auf den Fotos ist abgebaut. Aber...auch hier ist nicht alles perfekt. Einige Dinge müssen hier überarbeitet werden: die Toilettentür oben, die Schlafzimmertür unten, der Duschvorhang, eine lose Fliese unten und die Arretierung der Fensterläden. Das Haus ist nicht nur Innen, sondern auch außen nicht barrierefrei ( Zugang zum Haus über eine vielstufige Treppe) Vielen Dank an Nathalie für die freundliche, schnelle und unkomplizierte Betreuung. Danke für die Kommunikation auf englisch. Streicheleinheiten für die Katze :-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison de famille. Nichée sur un nid d aigle,vue panoramique sur le golf de St Florent 🙂 de magnifiques couchers de soleil s offrent à vous et vous pourrez contempler les Milans royaux qui planent tout près de vous. La maison est confortable,on s y sent bien jusqu'à trouver bcp de sérénité 😊 merci également pour l accueil chaleureux d' Aurelia. F & D

Superbe séjour dans un endroit magique

Un réel bonheur d'admirer la baie de Saint Florent depuis la terrasse de cette belle maison et de deviner en arrière plan la magie du Cap Corse. Nous avons apprécié le calme de ce petit village, le charme de la maison ainsi que son emplacement. Un grand merci au propriétaire et également à Aurélie et Nathalie pour l'accueil à notre arrivée. En résumé un réel bonheur ces vacances.

Herrliche Aussicht

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es ist geschmackvoll dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Ein Highlight ist die Terrasse, besonders morgens und abends, denn tagsüber war es zu heiß. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer wussten wir sehr zu schätzen. In der Küche gibt es alle möglichen Geräte, doch vermisst haben wir Pfannen und einen Toaster. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, frisches Brot kann man in Oletta bekommen, auch der nächste Supermarkt ist nur 6 km entfernt. Es gibt sehr schöne Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, z. B. Nebbiu oder Cap Corse. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen.

Un bien bel endroit pour des vacances !

Un splendide point de vue sur le Nebbio, les montagnes et le golfe de Saint-Florent. Un endroit paisible, propice au repos et au ressourcement. La proximité de Saint-Florent permet d'assurer sereinement l'intendance. La maison est agréable, bien équipée et décorée, entre autres, de belles affiches évoquant les voyages... La présence de la climatisation nous a permis de profiter d'un peu de fraîcheur à l'heure de la sieste. Poggio d'Oletta et Oletta sont deux magnifiques villages. Mille raisons de partir à la découverte du cap, de la Balagne, des villages du Nebbio, de la Castagniccia, des plages des Agriate...

Herrlicher Ort für unbeschwerte Tage

Wir waren als 4 Erwachsene dort für 8 Tage, und alles war prima. Im Haus ist genügend Platz zum leben, und es scheint so, als ob der Hausherr gestern noch selber hier gewohnt hätte. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Küche bietet alles für den Selbstversorger. An- und Abreise entspannt und unproblematisch. Lage mit herrlichem Blick. Bastia in 30 Minuten. Supermarkt gut 10'. St. Florent in 15'. Dort auch herrliche Strände und lohnende Küstenwanderungen, quasi vor der Haustür. Bestens geeignet zum Erkunden der nördlichen Insel. Wir waren begeistert

Jolie maison avec une vue imprenable, confortable et vivante. Il ne manque rien . Une belle terrasse ayant une vue magnifique sur la montage corse d'un côté et la mer de l'autre.
