I propose you a loft of 200m ÂČ freshly arranged in an atypical modern style.

- living room of 80mÂČ with open kitchen
  -5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor
  - bathroom rdc, with large shower, spa bath, 4 sinks
  - bathroom floor, shower, double sinks
  - separate toilet (floor and ground floor)
  100 sqm terrace facing east and south
  -cabanon + awning, to store your equipment
  -ready bike
  -fenced garden of 500 mÂČ
  -car park
  -draps and linen possible in option (20 € / double bed and 10 € / single bed = 100 € for all)

All placed in a quiet place.
You are 5 minutes walk from the rocky shores with beaches, qq waves and sunset.
- 5 min on the foot of a food shop or is located. (Vegetable, butcher, newspapers ...)
 - 5 min by bike from the small port of Portivy (restaurants, bar, fishing)
 - 10 minutes by bike from St Pierre Quiberon (beach, tobacco, pharmacy, church, ...)
 - 10 minutes drive from Quiberon (beach, sweat market, however, the city ...)
 - not far from Carnac, the trinitee, auray, valves
very quiet location away from the bustle, in an unusual place.

Séjour agréable à Saint-Pierre-Quiberon

La maison est bien équipée et bien située avec un accÚs facile et sécurisé aux plages. Commerce à proximité. Nous avons passé une trÚs bonne semaine en famille et avec des amis. Yann nous a trÚs bien accueilli et était toujours disponible si besoin.

Wunderschöne Urlaubszeit

Sorry vorab, dass es mit der Bewertung gedauert hat, der Alltag hatte uns leider so schnell wieder zurĂŒck. Wir waren ab Mitte Juli fĂŒr 14 Tage mit zehn Erwachsenen (2Familien)und Hunden in diesem besonderen Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibungen des Lofts (*****), sowie die der Umgebung, des Strandes, der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entsprechen vollkommen!!! Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verbringen können !! Yan ist besonders, hilfsbereit und großzĂŒgig 😊

9 jours parfaits !

Une maison parfaite pour notre sĂ©jour, 10 adultes, chacun y trouvant ses marques, sa place, sa terrasse, son soleil 
 Rien de manque, Yan est aux petits soins, les soirĂ©es barbecue furent un plaisir !!! Nous revenons l’annĂ©e prochaine !!!!!

Einfach Top!!! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach spitze. Wir fĂŒhlten uns (8) pudelwohl. Das Haus ist top eingerichtet und bietet alles was man fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Der schönste Strand auf Quiberon sowie ein Supermarkt ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter kĂŒmmert sich um alle Fragen und gibt tolle Tipps. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 👍 Danke an Yan!!

Nice house

We enjoyed it to stay at that place with 2 families. The place was big enough and Yan gave us 2 more bikes as well so we could get around very easy without using the car all the times. We would come again.

Urlaub im Loft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Der großzĂŒgige Wohn/Essraum und die SchlafrĂ€ume bieten genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr 10 Personen. FahrrĂ€der wurden kostenlos bereitgestellt und Kicker- wie Billardtisch sind gegen GebĂŒhr zu benutzen. Yan ist sehr nett und hat alle Anfragen zeitnah beantwortet und uns geholfen. Aufgrund der tollen Unterkunft, der wunderschönen Gegend und des tollen Wetters haben wir einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbringen dĂŒrfen.

Vaccances chez Yan

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances avec nos amis et Yan a tout fait pour que cella soit parfait: accueil à l'arrivée et au départ, location de vélos. Sa maison et neuve, spacieuse et trÚs bien outilée au calm absolu en face d'un petit étang au jolies couleurs au coucher du soleil. Merci Yan nous reviendrons avec plaisir Lavinia

tres beau sejour

loft trĂšs agrĂ©able qui permet de passer une semaine en famille sans se marcher sur les pieds. a l’extĂ©rieur 2 grandes terrasses trĂšs agrĂ©ables aussi et sans vis Ă  vis. lieu calme idĂ©al pour des grandes balades sur la cote sauvage et des bains bien agrĂ©ables malgrĂ© la fraicheur de l'eau.

TrÚs joli loft bien placé

Loft sympa à 10 mins de marche de la cÎte sauvage par un chemin à travers les dunes. St Pierre Quiberon à 15mins (5 à vélo) pour sa plage plus calme et ses commerces et bars/restos. Portivy à 10 mins à pied, joli port avec 3 restos trÚs différents - cool pour les coucher de soleil. Le loft est trÚs spacieux avec le rez de chaussé tout ouvert plus une chambre et les 4 autres chambres à l'étage. On y était bien à deux familles avec enfants. Espace extérieur sympa avec BBQ (gas et charbon). Bien équipé il ne manque rien et les basiques à l'arrivé (sel, poivre, huile, herbes etc..) trÚs appréciable. Le propriétaire trÚs dispo et arrangeant, fait tout pour que tout se passe bien. TrÚs bon séjour - merci Yann

ENDROIT IDEAL PRES DE LA COTE SAUVAGE

Maison située idéalement tout à cÎté de la cÎte Sauvage et d'une trÚs jolie plage. TrÚs bonne literie et tout confort et accessoires . Bref je recommande mais pas trop car j 'ai bien l'intention d'y retourner et il me faut ma reservation !!!

The Loft is great, a lot of space, close to the sea, eveything you need is there, Lots of shops to buy things for your daily needs...wonderfull surrounding with great views of the sea at the "cote sauvage"....we loved it and could relax wonderfully. - Wunderbarer Ort zum Relaxen... herrliche TraumstrĂ€nde, wenn auch z.T. etwas steinig. Kein Massentourismus, sehr angenehme Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht, große Zimmer, großzĂŒgiger, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. In der NĂ€he mehrere GeschĂ€fte mit allem Notwendigen. Ruhige, schöne Terrasse mit Seeblick, einfach echt wohltuend und erholsam.

environnement spéciale qd on arrive, mais qui correspond a l'esprit LOFT. D'un calme stupéfiant, on voit 10 personnes passer et 3 voitures dans la journées. Vue sur un petit étang et de la verdure, parfait. LOFT trÚs agréable et décalé. Grand espace, grandes chambres, tout bien. plages , supérette, petit port juste a coté. on reviendra ...

Il loft Ăš meraviglioso, noi siamo andati in 9 ed Ăš molto spaziosa, tenuta con cura. Servizi: TV 55 pollici, cucina con microonde, forno,2 frigo, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, 2 griglie esterne !Yan il proprietario Ăš molto gentile e disponibile. Il loft si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a 100 mt dall'oceano

trĂšs fonctionnelle a tout point de vue

Ne vous fiez pas à la premiÚre impression, cet endroit est magique. A 5 min à pied de la cote sauvage, ce loft neuf avec sa grande terrasse offre un espace de détente spatieux et ensoleillé, trÚs fonctionnelle à tout point de vue. Le propriétaire discret, super sympa, répond en plus à toutes attentes ou besoins. On reviendra avec grand plaisir.
