Jungle & Ocean View Studio Apartment w Resort Amenities

Our newest accommodation consists of of four well appointed studio apartments on two floors. Casa Verde is for those travelers interested in having their own private space, while still enjoying all the amenities of a resort. Our kitchenette is equipped to prepare small meals, with 5 of our restaurants across the street. Casa Verde is positioned near the top of our 25 acre lushly landscaped and jungled property.

Two apartments are on each floor, with connecting balconies between which can be opened or closed for privacy. Monkeys swing in the trees overhead and sloths hang above you, with coatis, toucans and macaws to entertain you. At night and early morning, you will hear the roar of the howler monkeys through the jungle.

The two UPSTAIRS spacious studio apartments feature breezy ocean and jungle views, 800 sq ft of living space, two queen beds, a sofa set and a ten foot wide balcony with an outdoor living space and kitchenette. The two DOWNSTAIRS efficiency apartments have a partial ocean view, 600 sq ft of living space, two queen beds, a spacious ten foot wide balcony with an outdoor kitchenette and sitting area for relaxing and up close monkey watching. Please let me know if you prefer no stairs, easy access on the first floor. Great for families with small children.

These 4 units have their own common area, a large covered Rancho for relaxing, having meals and enjoying the wildlife. These units can be rented individually or all together as a single house for families, groups and people wanting to socialize in a private setting.

Two Queen beds in each unit make accommodations for up to 16 guests, in total. There are 3 pools on property, one is ADULT ONLY, with a pool bar and the most spectacular sunsets in Costa Rica. Daily housekeeping, free wifi, bilingual reception desk staff, restaurant on property, free parking, free wifi and still more monkeys than people.

The walk to the closest A Area pool is about 250 meters, and a short walk to many restaurants and stores. The white sand beach is a short 10 minute walk ( but uphill on the way home ) Manuel Antonio Park is a 10 min bus or taxi ride away, as is Marina Pez Vela, Zip Lines, RainMaker Park, Monkey Mangrove Tour, Waterfalls, ATV Jungle excursions and the world famous AVION restaurant. Great resort

The resort is absolutely wonderful! Lots of amenities, pools, restaurants, and a great location. The room is a little bit dated, but still very nice. We had daily visitors from the monkeys, which was amazing! My last interaction with Faith, the manager online, was very disappointing. She was very rude and I was thankful that she was not part of the resort when I got there. Don’t let her keep you from renting. The people of Costa Rica are very welcoming and kind!

Views for miles and close bye restaurants

Great views from house and all over the property. Several good restaurants within walking distance. We really enjoyed the deck with a cup of coffee each morning. So close to an amazing beach.

Wonderful

Our stay at Costa Verde was everything we hoped it to be. It was quiet, beautiful, and lots of wildlife to entertain us. The restaurants, all within easy walking distance were great, with lots of choices. The view from our patio/balcony was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything about our week at Costa Verde was top notch. Pura Vida!

Beautiful room in a beautiful setting with plenty amenities. So close to the park, beaches and good restaurants. The room and property is clean and well kept. An absolute perfect spot to vacation. Will come and stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Manuel Antonio!

The space was just as described--clean and neat, amazing view, and close to all Manuel Antonio attractions. The property is so fun with all the monkeys swinging from the trees. The pools were great in the heat. Especially loved the coffee shop/bakery in walking distance from our room. Would definitely come again. Thank you!

Lovely location

The property was lovely. Beautiful and good location for visiting Manuel Antonio Park. The room we stayed in on the property wasn’t my favorite- noisy neighbors and close to a busy path- but the property offered many options. The booking was confusing. We were actually booking a separate listing than pictured above but it was unclear because the correspondence kept including the above description. Finally figured it out. In addition, one of our requested nights became unavailable, I was told there wasn’t a listing available that night, and when I found a room and booked directly, the property manager became annoyed. I support VRBO, but this was the most confusing booking process I have experienced. Regardless, still a lovely place

Great location for monkey watching

We really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and comfortable but the best thing is the huge balcony with hot tub rockers and recliner. We spent most of our time on it when not exploring the area. We saw loads of monkeys and birds up close every day. The property is close to the bars and restaurants and bakery, bit of a walk to the pools which were all very nice and clean. Parking right outside and close to bus stop. A little bit of noise from the road but not enough to spoil are stay. Would recommend to others.

Everything you need

This was a beautiful resort stay. They have 4 or 5 restaurants on site with delicious food. We spent most of our time at the adult pool with the pool bar. I love that you could charge all of your food and drinks to the room so we didn't need to carry any money with us. You can also order food to be delivered to the pool area, so we never had to leave. The sunsets were amazing every night from there as well. We met some great people while we were there and saw so many monkeys up close and personal. It was a great experience. There's also a parking lot right at the beach, just down the hill on the right. It was super convenient for beach day. I would recommend driving to the beach instead of walking, unless you REALLY like to exercise. lol

Costa Verda Stay!!

We absolutely loved Costa Verda. The resort grounds were amazing and lush with an abundance of wildlife. The three pools were great but we visited the adult pool most of the time. If you are looking for an amazing quite place to stay with with restaurants and bars near by/walking than Costa Verda is the place to go. We are definitely coming back soon and Oscar by the beach has all the beach chairs drinks you need. Pure Vida!!!

Manuel Antonio's best kept secret

This property truly is a gem! When we checked into the resort we were offered and given an upgrade to our room at no extra cost. The resort staff was wonderful and very responsive to our needs and concerns. Marcella was awesome along with the rest of the staff! Costa Rico is magical and we definitely plan on returning.

Beautiful area

We visited in off season, so there were quite a few repairs going on at the resort. The view from our room was beautiful and the hotel employees were all very pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed it!

Nothing better for Monkeys!

This is the second time we have stayed at Costa Verde. I would stay there again it’s our favorite place around Manuel Antonio.. the vibe is awesome with the natural words and very well appointed for a hotel. The only thing missing which you wouldn’t expect anyways is a full size oven. The staff is friendly and the check-in is very efficient. Loved everything about it.

Fantastic

We truly enjoyed our stay at this studio apartment. It had a resort feel with 10x less the amount of people. The rooms were great, pool was so enjoyable beach not far away and easy access to all the amenities in the area. The individuals that did our guides and tours were awesome, so friendly and helpful. We would recommend over and over to stay here.

Wonderful property

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The view from the balcony allowed us to see toucans, macaws, monkeys and an epic ocean view. The bathtub on the patio was a great surprise. I loved that the Costa Verde property provided daily maid service and we enjoyed using all of their pools. In the interest of feedback, the beds we found extremely uncomfortable and we would have appreciated a few more towels. Overall, the balcony, the view and monkey visits made it amazing anyway.

The most stunning views!

We stayed at two of Faith’s properties while in Costa Rica and they were both excellent. This room had the most stunning view; you can’t even believe it is real. Although this location was a little away from the rest of the resort amenities, the staff was wonderful and provided transport any time we wanted to go to the pool or restaurant. Don’t hesitate. This one is amazing!
