About this property

villa with pool 3 min walk from the beach

My house located in Sainte Luce, crossing of the tourist places of the island, moreover it is located at 3 minutes on foot from the beach and at 1 minute from a small supermarket ... the atmosphere is sweet the very calm.

If you need to spend an evening together at the start of your stay around a drink it will be with pleasure and the opportunity for me to guide you orient yourself on the things to do because I know this beautiful island and its hidden corners, all in a friendly atmosphere.

This place is my main home that I entrust to you during your stay so you will have two bathrooms and all the amenities of the house (fridge kitchen washing machine) as at home.
Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside you will have a permanent barbecue.
The swimming pool is in free access but under the responsibility of the user (protective barrier for children) and one of the only rule will be to respect the sleep of the neighbors late at night and or early in the morning ...

If you need I leave at your disposal snorkel masks to discover our magnificent seabed ...
I remain at your disposal during the whole stay if you have a problem with questions ... I will gladly answer your questions if you want more details on your future vacation spot ...

Super séjour, la maison est très agréable et très bien équipée ! Le quartier est très calme, Sainte Luce est idéalement placé pour rayonner dans le sud de l’Île Une plage et un petit supermarché sont accessibles à pied La piscine est très appréciable également Et Joel est très accueillant ! On aurait voulu ne jamais partir!!!

Bel endroit!

L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux. Joël avait préparé un planteur maison, un en-cas local et il a pris le temps de nous expliquer les "incontournables" de l'Ile. Il a également pris soin de nous laisser de quoi déjeuner. Bref plein de petites intentions très appréciables. La maison est calme, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Pour conclure un hôte plus qu'accueillant et une belle maison, de quoi nous faire revenir!
