My place is a modern day beautifully furnished apartment situated in the heart of the City prime commercial area (New Kingston). It is close to the airport, the city center, parks, health clubs, beauty spas, art and culture, embassies and other major historic and significant landmarks. You’ll love my place because of the comfortable beds, high ceilings, great views and the peaceful and quiet area in which it is situated. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

The space

The apartment is a very spacious two levels apartment with master bedroom, bathroom and closet upstairs. Downstairs comprise the second bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with appliances (electric stove, microwave, toaster & coffee maker) and utensils, living room with sofa and flat screen TV, dinning room. It also comprise a balcony that guest can relax on and watch the sunset and / or other beautiful scenery of the city.

Covered parking is available and is included in the rate.

The host was helpful and location safe. The kitchen needed a proper cleaning or updating. The property was not as advertised. A portion of the apartment was still under construnction - no facet on the upstairs bath, cracked and missing tiles in shower, the dresser drawers for clothing had paper and junk in them, cabinet door was falling apart and the extra small living room with sofa that seats only 2 people when there was 4 in our group. The chairs at the dinner table were unsafe to sit on and were falling apart. It was very surprising to me that none of this was disclosed, including the loud nightly music behind the apartment. After realizing that the apartment/property was not as advertised and it was not suitable for me and my family, I found better accommodation (at Hotel Four Seasons) on April 10, 2026, when I vacated the property and left message about me returning your keys.

The area is very quiet and I felt safe. It was easy to get to the shopping area which was very important . The apartment was clean and a two bedroom just for me.
