The combination of heavy rain and safety protocols led to a temporary elevator interruption, followed by full restoration and cleanup, and our team remained available throughout. The water discharge you mentioned came from outside properties and public drainage systems, which are beyond our management, but we understand how it can affect access nearby. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team to determine if any improvements are appropriate on our end.
