Beautiful townhouse with swimming pool & fireplace

Large family house restored by us, designed to be a cocoon in the heart of the city. Once through the door, another universe opens up to you! The house, facing the garden and the salt pool, is a haven of peace. Close to the Garonne theater, the Abattoirs Contemporary Art Museum, the Zénith, the Halles de la Cartoucherie (restaurants, bookstore, performance hall) 7 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the city center. On the edge of the Saint-Cyprien district, left bank of the Garonne, the river is just a stone's throw away. Between the Purpan hospital and the Saint-Cyprien market, everything can be done on foot, by bike (3 are available), and by metro. Mini-markets, organic grocery store, small supermarket, local market just a stone's throw away. Ideal point for visiting Carcassonne, Albi, Rodez, or taking a getaway to the sea or the mountains... or staying on site to relax in the salt pool, heated if necessary... If it's too hot outside , we installed a duct which will keep the interior atmosphere pleasant. If it's cold, a fireplace (closed hearth) will warm you up!

Une maison atypique, originale et agréable avec des propriétaires charmants. Métro, vélos à louer et commerces à proximité. Centre à 30 min à pied. Bref un très bon emplacement pour une maison cosy. Merci !

Maison idéalement située pour visiter Toulouse et alentours

Nous avons passé 14 jours dans cette maison confortable, la piscine est géniale, chauffée, toujours très propre, par temps caniculaire elle permet de supporter facilement les grosses chaleurs du sud ... c'est réellement le plus de cette maison agréablement aménagée. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles si besoin mais pas envahissants, ils font confiance aux locataires. Le centre de Toulouse est très facilement accessible à pied. Un petit supermarché se trouve à deux pas. Seul point négatif .... manque la clim !!! nous avons eu des températures caniculaires .... les nuits sont difficiles pour des nordistes non habitués.
