Ideal for a group of friends or for 3 couples with children. 4 bedrooms (including one on the mezzanine), 2 bathrooms and a shower room, a living room and a kitchen open to the large terrace. Located in a calm and calm housing estate where you can practice your morning jogging. A garden is also at your disposal as well as a garage. superbe séjour!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle villa au mois de février 2019 et nous avons adoré notre séjour...la villa est propre, la piscine est grande et les propriétaire sont vraiment gentils et accueillants . Nous recommandons à 100% !

Nous venons de passer un mois de janvier idyllique ( du 3 au 31) dans cette belle maison accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse par toute la famille Cafait Ils ont toujours répondu avec diligence et le sourire à nos désirs ou suggestions pour parfaire quelques défauts de l’aménagement intérieur et nous les en remercions encore Nous recommandons vivement cette location et espérons y retourner un jours Julie et Andrew B.

Une jolie maison pour des vacances familiales formidables

La maison est située dans une environnement très calme et agréable . Le plus proche voisin, Henri ,est l'agent responsable des espaces communs . Il est toujours prêt à donner une conseil ,une information ou simplement nous saluer gaiement. Les propriétaires, M et Mme Cafait , ont été très disponibles et accueillants . L'eau devient un sérieux problème en Guadeloupe .Toute l'île connait des coupures d'eau quasi chaque semaine .Elles sont annoncées sur le site du département . Les propriétaires ont rapidement pallié à cette situation en installant une citerne qui prend le relais en cas de coupure d'eau Toutes les chambres sont équipées de la climatisation .On a aimé la literie bien ferme et propre. Les draps , les serviettes de toilette et les torchons sont changés par la propriétaire le samedi . Les deux salles de bain sont suffisantes pour la capacité d'accueil de la maison. Dans une des chambres, il y a un coin douche avec lavabo et WC . La seconde salle de bain accessible par le couloir, comporte un WC,un lavabo et une baignoire .Dans la chambre mezzanine ,bien isolée du bas par des panneaux en bois et une demi porte, il y a un puissant ventilateur et un coin WC avec lavabo .La cuisine a l'équipement nécessaire pour préparer de bons plats familiaux . La très grande terrasse couverte offre un bel espace de vie dont le coin repas du côté de la cuisine . Des stores et des volets roulants peuvent être abaissés pour se protéger du soleil ou des fortes pluies, soudaines mais courtes ! La piscine est nettoyée toutes les semaines par un spécialiste . C'est un grand plaisir de s'y baigner le matin au lever du jour ou le soir car elle est éclairée par de belles lumières. Nous avons apprécié l'accès à la maison : une grande porte s'ouvre sur le parking pouvant accueillir plus de 3 véhicules . Nous remercions beaucoup M et Mme Cafait pour leur accueil et leur prestation . Nos vacances de Noël en famille ont été très heureuses dans cette maison à Saint François . Si l'occasion se présente, nous demanderons à y retourner . Bien sûr, nous recommandons beaucoup la maison de Mme et M Cafait
