Waterfront apartment on the 1st and last floor in a secure luxury residence with flowers and trees with private access to Raisins Clairs beach.
The residence has 2 swimming pools which are cleaned every morning (with deckchair and shower).
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and was renovated in 2024. It has 2 bedrooms with mosquito nets, a separate toilet, 1 large balcony with sea and swimming pool views and 1 solarium with deckchairs.
Equipped kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, 1 large fridge, 1 large freezer, microwave, vitro hob, food processor....

The large balcony is equipped with beautiful garden furniture and a plancha.

A 300 L water tank has been installed to compensate for the very recurring water cuts in Guadeloupe.

The residence backs onto the Raisins Clairs shopping center: restaurants, bakery, supermarket, SPA, hairdresser, gym, etc.

Linen is provided. Beach towels can be provided upon request.
There is snorkeling equipment and pool games available.

Private parking space, TV and private WIFI.

Appartement au TOP !

L'appartement était tout simplement au TOP ! Nous étions 4 (1 couple avec 2 enfants). L'appart est grand et fonctionnel, tout était nickel. La résidence est toute proche de la mer avec un accès privé à quelques pas de l'appart. La résidence est parfaitement entretenue, que ce soit les jardins ou les piscines. Maryse (la concierge) est là en cas de besoin, pas du tout envahissante, Maryse, t'es vraiment au Top !!! Nous n'avons aucun regret et sommes très content de vous avoir choisi Laetitia ;). Je recommande ce logement sans aucun doute.

Superbe emplacement! Très propre.

Emplacement idéal, près de tout. Restaurants, boulangerie et magnifique plage à quelques pas de l’appartement. Également près de la marina de Saint-François (possibilité de s’y rendre à pied). L’appartement était très propre et tranquille. Les indications pour y accéder était très claires.

Très beau logement , je vous le recommande

L’appartement est très propre et décoré avec goût. Il est même plus grand qu’il y parait sur les photos. La plage des raisins clairs est à nos portes. C’est une belle plage. Les 2 piscines sont bien entretenues. Les climatiseurs fonctionnent très bien. Les commerces à côté sont de belles qualités. C’était très agréable d’aller chercher notre petite baguette et nos viennoiseries le matin chez aleonard la boulangerie ! Nous avons essayé également la pizza pour emporter et c’était succulent. Nous n’avons pas de points négatifs pour cet hébergement et nous le recommandons fortement.

Un séjour adorable

L’emplacement du condo est tout simplement magnifique. À quelques mètres de la mer, nous ne pouvions pas demander mieux. C’est tranquille et le site est très bien entretenu. L’intérieur du condo est assez charmant. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La déco. est bien pensée. Bref, notre séjour a été adorable.

Belle résidence de Crystal Beach

Appartement situé dans une belle résidence tranquille, bien entretenue, en bord de mer. L'appartement, refait à neuf, est agréable et fonctionnel. Les propriétaires se sont montrés trés à l'écoute Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.
