The apartment is on the 2nd floor with an elevator.
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid street parking zone with parking meters is available nearby.
The Montagne Verte public parking is located 3 minutes walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
You have the option to reserve private parking spaces within a 500m radius around the accommodation. These spaces are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate starting from 12€ per night, per space.
You have the option to reserve a spot in a secure bicycle storage room in a neighboring building (100m away).

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (These equipments are designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to bring bedding for the baby bed, the mattress dimension is 60x120cm or reserve the "baby bedding" option as an extra.
In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants in the accommodation, including adults, children, and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the booking is made, you can reserve a "double bed" option for 30€ per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress topper and a double duvet.
House Rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.
Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a "complete cleaning" supplement for the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.
For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, a complete cleaning, during the stay, with changing of household linen is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day of the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email before your arrival, and will be confirmed subject to availability. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "mid-stay cleaning" option before the stay, always excluding the equipped kitchen and dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location.Elevator and AC make the stay enjoyable. We also appreciate a one-floor lay out as we have family members with mobility issue.The apartment is a bit dated and obviously has only been used as a rental. Multiple (minor) issues such as crack in tile, peeling paint and hard to close/lock bathrrom doors. as we have family members with mobility issueThe WiFi is completely unusable. We get spotty service in the living area and none in the bedrooms.Kitchen is OK for minor use such as preparing breakfast. Not for meal prepping as there are no spices, not even salt/pepper nor paper towel. The check-in process is a bit stressful as we were given 4 hrs to do inventories and send in pictures of defects. Same with checkout.Lots of instructions for cleaning up as well (trash take out etc..)We were also only given 1 towel per person. Overall, an OK place to stay if you have a large family and need accessible accommodation.

Frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas, pas de micro onde, pas de décoration, très très mal isolé . On devait revenir vers nous pour nous proposer un autre logement mais aucun retour. De même qu on nous avait annoncé un geste commercial mais là encore aucun retour .

Logement parfait
Les petites attentions en période de fêtes : un beau sapin bien décoré, une bouteille de crémant d'Alsace trouvés à notre arrivée. Sympa.
La communication avec le personnel sur place : on nous avait autorisés à partir vers 12 heures au lieu de 10 heures, mais la technicienne de nettoyage était là à 10 heures : pas prévenue. Heureusement nous étions en avance.

Gestion des emplacements de parking. Par 2 fois, les places réservées au parking de la rue de l'ours étaient occupées. Le fait a été signalé à la permanence coton, un responsable devait nous tenir informé, nous attendons toujours son. appel, Heureusement que nous avons pu nous arranger avec un autre locataire pour se garer en double file.
Il me semble qu'il serait assez facile d'attribuer un numéro d'emplacement ou figurerait le numéro du véhicule à apposer sur le pare-brise, on pourrait au moins savoir qui n'est pas à sa place.

Overrated with hidden issues
Doors jam (I was trapped in the bathroom for 60 minutes and the only way out was to BREAK the door), squeaky floors (good luck not waking others while walking the long hallway", only 2 toilets (we all can swear the virtual video showed 3, and the listing showed 4), cracked wine glasses kept in cabinet (must admit this was fixed promptly when we complained), and cleaning schedule not adjusted for length of stay, and that includes number of issued towels; must pay for everything thing, with fees on top of the cost. No response regarding where to empty the garbage. But location is top.
We enjoyed our recent stay. The location was ideal and communication with the property management was good. Glad they emailed about parking prior to our arrival - a must get if traveling with a car. The space was clean and comfortable, furnishings almost exclusively with ikea. Not too many extras so be sure to bring the essentials (shampoo and conditioner, any cooking supplies, etc). In short, would recommend if traveling with little ones or a group.

produits de dépannage à l'arrivée : pastilles lave-linge , lave-vaisselle , savon liquide , bouteilles d'eau et de crémant . Bonne insonorisation . Bonne literie.

comme l'appartement est spacieux , il y aurait eu la place pour une sdb-wc dans chaque chambre (comme nous en avons déjà eu , en Corse , Périgord etc.). Nous étions 6 occupants donc 3 sdb :oui 2 wc : un peu juste .
quelques adresses de traiteurs/ patisseries /cafés etc dans le livret d'informations ?
Comme nous sommes restés 5 jours , nous avons demandé - et réglé !- un service de ménage en milieu de séjour . Merci Jennifer !

Very spacious, very nice and well maintained property...
Zeller is in center of walking distance to Colmar city, very convenient. The apartment is bright, spacious, ideal to come with family or friends. The rooms are well equipped and furnished. The bedding is of good quality.
The apartment was in good condition when we arrived. The welcome pack contains a bottle of cider and water...very nice, with very limited dishwashing for a 6 days sojourn. The key recovery system is very convenient. The recommended rental garage parking is managed by someone who does not fully know what to do:(
Suggestions for improvement to make Zeller an excellent rental vacation home:
1. The Central AC system is not operational, though there are instructions for use in the Rental Information Group. There are 2 portable units that can be hooked to outside with opening of windows but all the cigarette smoke from outside enters in and fills the apartment with unpleasant smell.
2. The hot water tank is programmed to shut down about 21h00, the time when guests need to take shower after all day outside, visiting. The hours need to be revised
3. There is no hot water line into the vanity of room #4 (counting down the hall), and the vanity sink in the toilette room inside the laundry area. This was reported to Cotoon (an answering service person took the message).

Très beau séjour au cœur de Colmar
Appartement idéalement situé, très grand, bien équipé. Rien à redire rapport qualité/prix.
Propreté laisse à désiré, mais convenable. Très joli appartement, mais robinetterie de mauvaise qualité, très peu de pression dans certaines douches, on fait avec pour quelques jours.

merci pour vos commentaires. à propos de la proprete, nos equipes de ménage essaient de faire de leurs mieux mais il peut arriver des oublis. en nous contactant à votre arrivée, nous aurions pu demander un ménage complémentaire au plus vite. Concernant la robinetterie nous allons verifier et améliorer cela pour le confort des voyageurs. merci de nous l'avoir signalé
