The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A pay-per-use on-street parking zone is available nearby.
The Montagne Verte public car park is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 underground spaces (maximum height of 2m, possibility of charging an electric car).
You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is mandatory. Rate from €12 per night, per place.
You have the possibility to reserve a location in a secure bike room in a neighboring building (100m away).

In accordance with the regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, adults, children and babies included, cannot exceed 15 people.
Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.
House rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

We were a family group of 9 - there was plenty of “private space” combined with together space! The location was perfect - not too noisy but right in the heart of the city center!
This apartment-style stay was perfect for our family! There was plenty of space, the amenities we needed, and the location cannot be beat! We walked in and immediately felt at home, knowing we would have a safe and comfortable place to stay. We had one minor issue while in our stay and the management was very quick to respond and fixed the problem!

Es war ein sehr schöner Trip. Der Buchungsprozess mit ihrem Du Lieferanten ein Katastrophe. So viele E-Mails und zwischen Check in und Bezahlprozesse habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das ist wirklich weit weg von einfach und smart. Kann ihnen nur Nahelegen das zu überdenken. Ich werde so nicht mehr bbuchen.
Sehr schönes Appartment mit allem, was man so braucht! Gemütliche Sofas, gut ausgestattete Küche, drei Badezimmer.Eine Garderobe für Jacken wäre gut.Die Lage ist spitzenmäßig zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar
4 journées variées et intéressantes. Nous étions accompagnés de 5 enfants, de 5 à 10 ans et la région se prête à toutes sortes de visites. Étant logés au centre de Colmar, nous avons également pu apprécier le charme et la beauté de la ville, malgré un nombre élevé de touristes en cette période de l!Ascension.
Große Wohnung im 3. und 4. Stock direkt im Zentrum von Colmar. Die Betten sind super bequem und acht von zehn Schlafplätzen sind Einzelbetten (für deutsche Urlauber oft ein wichtiges Kriterium).
Es gibt genug gemütliche und bequeme Sitzplätze für alle, sowohl im Wohnzimmerbereichvaks auch am Esstisch.
Die Anzahl der Waschgelegenheiten ist auch sehr gut.
Die Küche ist recht klein.
Als wir da waren, war die Spülmaschine nicht nutzbar, weil das Fach fürs Spülmittel nicht verschlossen werden konnte.
Sehr positiv ist, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inclusive sind.

Nous avons appréciés l’emplacement, la proximité des marchés de Noël, la superficie de l’appartement (très grand) idéal pour une famille nombreuse ou plusieurs couples. Accueil avec une bouteille de vin blanc.
Les salle de bains un peu triste.(mitigeurs cassés dans l’une)

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit guter sustattung. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist perfekt. Mit den drei Bädern ohne Probleme für eine Gruppe geeignet. Jederzeit .wieder.
