Contemporary villa with very large living space comprising lounge relaxation corner television, living room and meal, and an open kitchen with high table and stools allowing to also take its meals.

It is then composed of a Master Suite upstairs, with different dressing closet for madam and sir, television, a large bathroom with magnificent sea view (Revellata) including a shower, a spa bath and a Separate WC.

Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor. It has a bathroom with shower and WC, a TV and direct access to the terrace at the Jacuzzi level.

The other two bedrooms (Bedroom 3 and 4) are at the living space level, both having their own bathrooms and closets.

Very large terrace with dining area for 8 people, bench seat, armchairs and deckchairs.

Beautiful villa - spacious, very clean, modern decoration, very well equipped with all necessary cooking and BBQ equipment. Lovely swimming pool and views even more stunning than they appear on the website! I have no reservations in recommending this villa but be aware that it’s quite a steep walk up from the town, so probably best to have a car.

Fantastic holiday!

We have just returned from an amazing 2 weeks in Calvi. The property is simply superb - quality furnishings, beautifully clean pool, gas BBQ, stunning views, air con, fantastically well equipped kitchen. We had a brilliant time! Aurélie was very helpful with any enquiries (including explaining the rather complicated rules for recycling rubbish!) Calvi is a beautiful place with lots to see and do. The walk back up the hill to the property is quite long and steep from Calvi so we drove most times. The roads are narrow as well so be careful! We have been renting villas for over 20 years and this is the best by far! I would highly recommend.

Second choice was Absolutely Best Choice!

Having been let down dramatically just days before our trip to Corsica by another host – our family group of 3 got together to find another villa at short notice with quite low hopes – Wow! – did we fall on our feet! Auriele responded immediately & kept in touch en -route & her partner Pierre, put himself out to meet us when we were running late after a mix up with the hire car. We were a bit tired & stressed on arrival – it had been a hectic few days – but Pierre showed us around everything – the pictures don’t do it justice. Spotless – so well equipped – a mountain view (with snow!) on one side & the bay and Revellata on the other. Huge terrace & seating area, lovely private pool, comfortable beds .It was about a 30 min stroll to the centre of Calvi – & a slightly longer effort back – but we walked out to various restaurants & bars – & as all of us are in our seventies – felt very smug having that extra G & T. We arranged a Super U supermarket “click & collect” on arrival, before we came, to stock up on heavy supplies – those tonics weigh heavy!! – worked a dream! Calvi is lovely, the “little train” a joy for exploring - & we had some days at the beach, with beds, umbrellas, & lunch – excellent . Food portions everywhere are huge! We ate at U Fanula, La Boheme (lovely terrace over the marina) Café Bel Ombre, & The Ile de Beaute on the port. Everyone was charming, helpful & a smiley “Bonjour “ went a long way . We definitely recommend this villa and Calvi!

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, aber..

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem internet. Kann passieren, aber die Kommumikation mit dem Vermieter lief schwierig. Zum einen spricht er kein englisch, zum anderen ist die Reaktionszeit sehr langsam. wir haben 1-2 Tage auf Antwort gewartet und auch nur nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen kam der Vermieter und hat sich des Problems angenommen. Auch war der Pool zu kalt. Auch hier hat es gedauert, bis das eingestellt wurde. Allerdings muss man auch sagen, war der Vermieter sehr nett. Ansonsten können wir das Haus rundum positiv bewerten.

Allerdings werde ich Ihre Bemerkungen leicht korrigieren, da es einige Fehler gibt. Sie haben es vorgezogen, vor Ihrer Ankunft, während Ihres Aufenthalts und während Ihrer Fragen über Whats'app zu diskutieren, während es naheliegender ist, sich direkt gegenseitig anzurufen, um eine bessere Aktion unsererseits zu erzielen, da wir in der Tat nicht immer in sozialen Netzwerken unterwegs sind. Außerdem bin ich der Eigentümer und unsere Gespräche fanden auf Englisch statt, da ich kein Deutsch spreche. Sie haben uns während Ihres Aufenthaltes darum gebeten, die Temperatur des Schwimmbads zu erhöhen, was sofort geschehen ist. Angesichts der Wassermenge dauert die Erhöhung der Erwärmung jedoch einige Zeit und kann nicht sofort erfolgen. Außerdem war es windig, als Sie dort waren. Darüber hinaus müssen wir in der Saison eine mittlere Temperatur aufrechterhalten, um alle unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und damit sich das Schwimmbad nicht dreht und die hygienischen Bedingungen respektabel bleiben, damit sich bestimmte Mikroben nicht entwickeln. De bonnes vacances à Calvi, le ménage de la maison était impeccable. C'est un point remarquable. L'emplacement est à 30 minutes du centre ville dans un quartier calme. Dommage la climatisation était en panne pour une partie des chambres, certaines nuits ont été difficiles...

Merci de mettre un point d'honneur quant à la propreté de notre villa car c'est un élément qui nous tient réellement à coeur. Je vais par contre apporter quelques précisions concernant la suite de votre commentaire. Notre villa est située entre 5/7 min en voiture seulement du centre de Calvi et entre 20/25 minutes à pied comme précisé lors de notre échange en vue de votre réservation. La climatisation fonctionnait lors de votre arrivée et a cessé de fonctionner au courant de votre séjour, chose malheureusement indépendante de notre volonté comme dans toute panne électronique. Heureusement le problème n'était pas dans toutes les pièces et par chance votre séjour au mois de mai avec une chaleur difficile à s'installer cette année. Vous souhaitant bonne continuation.

Pure luxury with adventurous access.

First of all: We had a relaxing and restful stay with our family (2 adults and 5 children) in this luxurious villa, which lacks nothing. Arriving at night in the dark was a bit exciting, because typical for Corsica the roads are narrow and in bad condition, the last 100m even lead steeply uphill on a gravel road (we were glad to have a slightly off-road rental car). But from the moment you enter the property, everything is perfect. Sufficient space for two cars. Exterior lighting all top. We could write at length about the flat itself, but in brief: Super standard in all fittings and furnishings. Great kitchen, which really lacks no equipment. Plenty of seating for eating and relaxing - everything is just fine. Great huge beds. Especially the bathroom and bedroom upstairs are brilliant with a view of the sea while showering. The pool is great and the children really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The huge parasol outside provides good shade for the dining area and sofas and we also enjoyed using the outdoor barbecue. Of course, the whole thing has its price, but here price and performance are definitely in line. Thanks also to the landlords for the communication in advance and the nice service on site. We didn't speak French, but with Google Translate we were always able to communicate and had fun doing so.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Küche

Die Gastgeberin Aurelie ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und das Badezimmer mit Balkon im ersten Stock ist ein Traum. Der Pool ist schön groß und hat eine gute Temperatur. Leider hat man von der Terrasse keinen Meerblick und abends keine Sonne. Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Insgesamt hat es uns super gefallen!

Merveilleuses vacances dans villa qui correspond à 100% au descriptif dans l'annonce. Vue sur la mer des 2 côtés de la villa, un rêve!Cuisine très bien organisée, rien ne manquait à nos besoins.Belles chambres et salles de douches. Propreté au top, tout semblait neuf.
