Great hosts. They made sure to give you privacy. Because of some lingering work on their place they were concerned that it didn’t inconvenience us. Loved the place. Bed was very comfortable. We slept really well. Really like the area. Lots to do. Walking, biking and hiking trails all around. Many good restaurants in the area.

Perfect hideaway

Property was very clean and just as pictured. Bed was very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Nice size closet, and the washer/dryer in the unit was a plus. Communication with Marshall, the host, was excellent. Would stay here again if in the area!

Fantastic apartment

Very well kept , spacious apartment with everything that you would need for a long or short term stay. Close to all of the Woodland attractions and shopping, with downtown Houston approximately 45 minutes away. A complete apartment costing less than a hotel!

Perfect in every way!

This beautiful apartment was the perfect place for me to stay during my rotation in Houston. I stayed for an entire MONTH and couldn’t have had a better experience. The family was so kind, the property was so clean, the neighborhood was gorgeous and so safe. Can’t recommend enough.

Golf getaway

Stayed for a week of golf in the area Property is as described and pictured. Marshal, the host, kept us informed at every turn. We selected this based on reviews and location. Woodlands golf courses are very close (2-3 miles) If we return to the area, will definitely try to book again.

Great Place

My husband and I stayed in the very nice property. The host was very accommodating and everything was as pictured and it is very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. The Woodland area is great. Lots of shopping and great restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the host for everything. The bed was very comfortable. I always like to comment on the bed and bedding.

Comfortable/Clean

Really cute and comfortable apartment. Stocked w everything one could need. Clean and contemporary. Great location. Nice to be close to Hughes Landing that has great restaurants and a Whole Foods Market too. Host is always available, if needed. We didn’t need anything but she kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed.

Excellent! Happy to Recommend!

Super clean and comfortable, with windows that make you feel like you’re in a treehouse. We cooked most of our meals and had the amenities we needed. Pantry, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet were a bonus. Safe neighborhood with grocery and restaurants within a short distance. Marshal was very responsive, and we hope to return to the Treehouse Apartment next time we’re in the area.

Place was immaculate, pictures don't do it justice.

One of the best places I've stayed to date. It was clean, new and quiet. Had the convenience of doing laundry while I watched Netflix. Air Conditioner was excellent in hot Texas climate and mattress was comfortable (tempurpedic) . Host were hospitable and checked on us periodically through app to ensure we had no issues, let us know about garbage pickup. They also left a nice book of area activities and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Can't say enough great things.

Beautiful private getaway in quiet neighborhood

The Treehouse is as advertised -- a spacious, comfortable one bedroom apartment separate from a main house atop the unattached garage. Everything you need for a relaxing, worry-free stay is provided -- fully furnished kitchen w/ pantry, large living room w/ sofa and wing chairs, walk-in closet, jetted tub/shower, and comfy king-size bed. Marshall keeps in touch daily to make sure everything is going smoothly. The Woodlands area is full of walking and biking paths weaving in and out of lush woods, so it feels like you're in the country. Numerous restaurants within 10 minutes drive in the downtown riverwalk area, also a good place for a leisurely stroll. We loved our long Easter weekend stay to visit family in Houston, but looked forward to returning "home" to the Treehouse in the evenings. HIghly recommended!

The treehouse was great! It was very clean, and the bed was quite comfy. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and items to make meals. We felt right at home. Marshal was great to work with! Will definitely stay here again.
