The perfect condo for us. I loved being on the 1st floor, just opening the Arcadia door to the beautiful beach.

Pur stay was great! Spacious condo, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of comfortable beds. It was nice being on the lower level and being able to walk out to the pool and ocean.

Great Stay

It is a very nice condo. You have quick access to the beach and pool. Great patio, the only thing that was uncomfortable was the bed on the room that has ocean view. We had a great stay.

Nice for the price

Overall great place - only thing would recommend bringing beach/pool towels. Also, there were no kitchen wash clothes or pot holders. We made due and enjoyed our trip. Would definitely go back!

Enjoyed the beach

All the TVs did not work, one worked but the control did not and there was no signal with satellite all weekend.

Birthday Getaway

We loved the location of the room, beach is nice and clean. Direct access to the pool and beach on the 1st level. Rooms, restrooms, living room, and kitchen was really clean. Only downside was the master bedroom covers didn't smell clean, so we washed them. Couldn't get any channels in the bedrooms, only living room tv was the only one about to watch channels. We wanted to grill some food but had to walk away from the front door 50yrds away to do so. Other than that, the hotel is good.

Sonoran Sea Ground Floor Stay

The place was great for our family of four! The only reason I'm docking a star on the overall stay was some missing things for a home away: no towels or pot holders in the kitchen, extra bath towels, and some sort of welcome letter is always nice to tell us how to connect to the wifi and any tips/tricks for the place. Otherwise; we had an awesome time and will definitely bookmark for later use. We'll just bring extra kitchen linens just in case!

Great price for location

Overall the place was nice. Great location for the price. We had some issues with the master bath toilet leaking and ants in both bathrooms and kitchen. The paper supplies were very limited. Had to do a grocery run for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cloth towels for kitchen. Not a big deal though. Everyone at resort was very friendly and super helpful.

Nice place for first timers

I have been to this property several times now and the Casago resort owned properties always have problems. The water temperature was lukewarm and the pressure was weak. The direct tv never worked and the remote to the living room tv was broken and we never got a replacement. Also, the restaurant on the property no longer serves breakfast except for the weekends so nothing to eat until 12pm.

Weekend Stay

Property was clean when we arrived. The access to beach and pool is a 10/10. The unit is old so I was surprised by that. After a day or so the floor became disgusting with sand and grass just from going in and out, there is absolutely nothing to clean the floor with. We asked the front desk and they could not help they only take the trash. So that was not pleasant. So maybe bring a broom and dust pan.

GREAT location

loved the location, condo was a bit underwhelmed. Beds were horrible and the lack of amenities was unfortunate. Nice place otherwise. Bottom of the line appliances, only 1 TV worked out of 3. But we had an excellent time! On site restaurant wasn't worth the money. Husband had a 58% chefs special rib eye and it was the worst chuck of meat I've ever tasted, honestly. I had fish/chips, not good at all. didn't eat it. French fries were good.

Pleasantly surprised!

We’ve been traveling to Rocky Point for the past 10 years with our family of 5 and have stayed at most of the resorts at Sandy Beach. This was our first time staying at the Sonoran Sea and we will definitely be staying here again! We loved that this was a ground floor unit with enough actual beds for our 3 kids. When we first walked in we thought we were in the wrong unit! The pictures in the listing are outdated and the whole unit has been updated. New paint and new furniture made it look completely different. This resort was the only one where I have stayed where I did not have to worry about pool chairs or palapas being available. There were plenty available any time we went down to the pool or beach. Overall a great experience!

The ground level condo was a good idea especially if you have kids

It's been our best choice since we started vacationing in rocky point usually we're stuck going up and down stairs this was perfect beds we're comfy too check out they're coffee bar at the Lil store OMG!

Winter vacation

The room was exactly how the pictures showed it. Clean and nice. I just wish they would have mentioned that I needed to bring trash bags, there was only 1 extra and we stayed for a week. As for the resort, well that was disappointing. The waterfall pool was being worked on so the adult pool, main pool, and the slide were closed. Worst part, the poolbar was closed! If I would have known that I would have rented a house. What's the point of a resort when u can't use the best resort amenities. Why wouldn't they post that on the website? Won't stay at that resort during winter again.
