Bienvenido a nuestro hermoso condominio Bella Sirena.

Nuestro apartamento se encuentra en el edificio E populares con excelentes vistas al océano desde nuestro sexto piso balcón! La vista desde el balcón es increíble por la noche! Bella Sirena ofrece excelentes instalaciones que incluyen 24 horas de seguridad del sitio, entrada cerrada, piscinas desbordantes, tres jacuzzis, bar junto a la piscina palapa y asador día (de temporada), pista de tenis, putting green y parrillas al aire libre. Disfrute de un relajante masaje en la playa!

El condominio se ha actualizado recientemente. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios con camas king size en la habitación principal y en la habitación de invitados.
El salón tiene una nueva chimenea eléctrica con Cantera de piedra y un manto de madera oscura! Punto focal de la habitación.
Cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y actualizada backsplash azulejo con mueble bajo de iluminación LED.
Pisos de baldosas en todo, y el balcón ofrece excelentes vistas de la playa de día y luces de la ciudad por la noche. Va a pasar horas disfrutando de estas vistas.

Las comodidades incluyen: Direct TV Satellite, Smart TV, Wifi Internet y teléfono de casa para llamar gratis a los EE. UU.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores y todos los inquilinos serán revisados ​​para verificar que tengan 25 años o más.

Great choice for a long RP weekend. Host was very helpful before and during stay. We've only stayed at Bella Sirena and Las Palomas and we prefer Bella much better. It's a more tropical feel, better adult atmosphere, unlike Las Palomas which is a frat party in a brutalist concrete city. This particular suite has strong sun on the balcony in the early morning and then well shaded late morning and beyond. Wonderful view. Everything was as expected from the description. Highly recommend.

Stan's condo is centrally located to everything. One of the best views on Sandy Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated and very relaxing and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to make your stay stress free. Our family really enjoyed this perfect piece of paradise and our hosts were exceptional to work with.

Fantastic from start to finish!

A great property in a great location. Ditched the wife and took our two boys down to rocky point for their spring break. We had a blast at the beach, pools, and short drive into town. A great home base for exploring rocky point. Quiet, clean, and convenient condo. Well stocked for all of our needs and wants. Parking spot was an added bonus. Stan was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had. I will definitely bring the family back here often.

Excellent Visit

We have stayed in Rocky Point several times and it was clear that the owner of this property genuinely cares and takes great care of it. The room was clean and well stocked with the basics needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Exceptional communication leading up to and during the stay, we would definitely recommend!

Great weekend getaway!

This was our first time driving down to Rocky Point from Phoenix and we really enjoyed our stay! The resort was nice and the unit itself was excellent! It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The host was so easy to communicate with as well! 10/10!

Beautiful

Best 2B/2B condo at Bella Sirena. From the view to the amenities, this condo has it all. It was perfect for the four of us and Stan is just a text away if you need anything. If available, book this condo, you won't regret it!

Beautiful property/excellent host

We stay at Bella Sirena at least 2 to 3 times a year and have stayed in this condo multiple times. The host is excellent and very responsive. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for an awesome vacation.

Great condo and beautiful property!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was just as described in the listing and was clean, up to date, and came with all the necessities you could need for a wonderful beach vacation. The property itself was beautiful—well maintained and plenty of space for various activities. Check-in process was easy and Stan was very communicative throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Best place to stay in Rocky Point!

The host was available for any questions upon arrival and during the stay! The condo was fully remodeled and spotless clean! The resort had all live band! Everything was great!!!

This is very nice 2br Unit - great layout with patio access to both large bedrooms, unit has been recently remodeled. Owner is caring and communicative...highly recommend this unit.

Perfect Getaway

We really enjoy this resort and knew we wanted to visit again. This unit was not one we stayed in before, but would do so again, as everything was perfect and the Owner contacted prior to arrival and made sure we had directions, instructions, etc. Owner was very responsive when I used the incorrect wifi password. Check in off site was easy and convenient on the way into the resort. Drinking water was provided, two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a laundry basket. You'll want to bring beach towels. Owner allowed us to use reserved parking which made it convenient to unload/load car. Unit is gorgeous, comfy, cools quickly, hot shower, beautiful balcony view, we slept well. Everything in working order!

This condo was amazing! Amazing views and host was easy to get a hold of.

This was such a great vacation. Amazing property. Amazing views. Stan was an amazing host and replied quickly to any questions I had. I stayed with my parents and my kids (6yrs and 12yrs old) and they all had a great time. The resort is amazing. Great pools and it wasn’t to crowded. The beach, so beautiful!!! The only thing that I would change is having to pick up the key in town. It wasn’t a long drive or anything but would be nice to not have to make that extra stop. But even with that, I would definitely come back to this condo! Thank you Stan!

Amazing Stay!

My family and I had a great trip to RP. It was our first even on a super busy holiday weekend it was fantastic. The host was super helpful. Very communicative and answered all my questions. The condo is beautifully located, with a great view. It was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back in the future!
